It features a separate entrance, 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed, 1 living room with sleeper sofa, refrigerator, hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and DVD player. The bathroom has an oversize tub / shower combination and a walking closet.
The Cabana has central AC & a room AC unit for individual temperature control and ceiling fans in both rooms.
We offer cable TV, free internet access, use of the pool of course and beach chairs & umbrella.
Amenities include sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, a blow drier and some dishes.
There is limited free street parking and 1 parking space on the property for $5 per day.
We are perfectly located on the quiet north end of South Beach in walking distance to the beach, (10 min.) to Lincoln Road Mall (15min.) and only a 5 min. drive to the center of South Beach. The bus stop is 10 min. from the house.
In both daytime and at nightfall, the South Beach section of Miami Beach is a major entertainment destination with hundreds of nightclubs for night crawlers, amazing restaurants & cuisine, and awesome boutiques. The area is popular with both American and international tourists, and has so much to offer!

House rules:
Min. age 25 and no children. Not more than 3 persons, no pets, no smoking inside, no visitors and no excessive noise at any time, no locals.
The Property is a private residence; the Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the Guest is expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service but for stays over 1 week we provide service every week.
The cleaning at the end of the stay has a fee of $30.
Guest agrees not to download any unlawful content from the internet while using the wifi provided by the Homeowner.
Check-in after 4 pm & Check-out before 11 am.
Arrival and departure times should be sent via email at your earliest convenience after booking accommodation.
Please contact me a day or two by email before you arrive to confirm your time of arrival at the property, I would like to be present to greet you and give you the keys.
If any of your travel plans get delayed as often happens, please do your best to text or call me and let me know AHEAD of your intended arrival time.
Please communicate the day before you leave - I like to be present when you leave to retrieve keys and lock gate as you depart.
Lost keys incur a $20 surcharge if the lock needs to be replaced.
Not a rule, but a consideration. If you're leaving the property for the day/night or checking out, could you please do us and mother earth a favor and turn off the fans, lights and AC inside the house for the hours you're not there, helps us to keep the rates low.
