This 3 bedroom hilltop contemporary is a true nature retreat, surrounded by a 1000 acre preserve with unobstructed views of Sag & Northwest Harbor, Cedar Pt Lighthouse and Shelter Island. Just minutes from a number of bay beaches, as well as East Hampton village and Sag Harbor.

Enjoy the best bicycling, hiking and kayaking in the Hamptons!

Located at the end of a cul de sac, this 2000 SFT freshly painted, 3 bd/3 bath has it all: double height ceilings, heated 20x40 pool, whirlpool tub, fireplace, gas grille, 50'' flat screen HDTV, Netflix streamer and assorted electronics, WIFI in-home network. central AC. All bedrooms and bathrooms newly renovated, including travertine marble master bath with glass-walledn Grohe shower.. The house is situated at the back of a cul-de-sac a mile from Northwest Harbor, but is just 10 minutes from the village of East Hampton & Amagansett and beautiful ocean beaches, organic farm stands, funky art galleries, the John Drew theatre, Guild Hall, Ross School, and great restaurants, world-class stores, jam-packed cultural events, and so much more. East Hampton is the ideal place for a summer vacation with magnificent world famous white-sand bay and ocean beaches, live theatre (and movies), more than 20 art galleries, and wonderful local farm stands. It has a wide variety of fabulous gourmet restaurants, as well as options for casual dining. Enjoy great boutique shopping, water sports, fishing, kayaking, and biking. The surrounding woods abound with trails and mushrooms. A very relaxing week in the Hamptons

We had a great week at this beautiful house. The owner (Jeff) provides great customer service, is available and attentive to the needs and concerns of his guests. Any little question we had was answered immediately. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, the kitchen, bbq, beds all make for great hanging out and relaxing. The roof deck is the perfect place to end your day while watching the sunset. We will be back and recommend this property to anyone. The pictures don't even do it justice. This house is great.

We had a most wonderful stay at Jeff's place. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a wonderful host. If a quiet restful week away from the hectic daily grind is your objective, this is the place for you. You simply can't beat the sunsets from the rooftop deck. Nicely furnished, comfortable and relaxing; look forward to returning.
