Destin's famous sugar white beaches and dazzling emerald green waters await you on our 230 feet of private beach across the street.

Chateau La Mer Unit 3A now features a Travertine Bath and New Kitchen Cabinets with Granite Countertops. This unit has 2 full beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It also has a washer/dryer in the unit.

You'll enjoy amenities, including a pool which is heated in the winter, tennis courts, outdoor barbeque grills, a clubhouse, and more.

Kid friendly features like large outdoor lawn areas and no through traffic are appreciated by our many families who return for vacation each year.

Single or 2-story units for quick beach access; you won't spend your vacation waiting for an elevator in a high-rise condo!

We have been coming to the Destin area since 1995 and always wanted to have a place here. We now own several and enjoy sharing our vacation paradise with our guests and their furry friends and family.

We had an awesome trip!

Our stay was none other than excellent. It was easy to find, the unit was exceptional,there was easy access to the beach and the pool. We were just minutes from Wal-mart and a number of different resturants. We had an awesome trip.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay at Chateau La Mer was perfect! The location, the price, and being pet friendly all fit our needs perfectly. The unit was spotless upon our arrival and the keyless entry was extremely convenient. The fully furnished kitchen also worked out perfectly as we were able to shop at a local seafood market and stay in to cook and enjoy. Next time we return to Destin we will definitely be booking at Chateau La Mer!

It was everything we needed for a very reasonable price. We especially liked the fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. It was very quiet and conveniently close to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Our visit to 3A was fantastic. We booked at the last minute for a quick weekend getaway and everything went smoother than expected! We love renting with Shoredreams. Easy process and the best rates in NW Florida!
