Available starting Saturday June 12, 2010 to Tuesday September 7, 2010. Summer 2010 rates: June 11 to June 30 is $600 per night. July 1 to July 31 is $800 per night. August 1 to September 8 is $1,000 per night. Minimum rental is 7 nights. 10% County of Santa Barbara Transient Occupancy Tax. All rentals have an additional charge for cleaning, which is $250 for the entire house. The cleaning deposit is non-refundable and due at time of payment. A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 is due at time of payment. All utilities, Broadband internet, and Premium cable TV are included (except for long distance telephone charges). The perfect beach vacation for my young children and elderly parents. Waking up on the top floor with a panoramic view of the ocean puts you into total relaxation mode. The kids played on the beach and then had a hot shower on the deck before back out to the sand. Family beachcombing everyday on clean, safe beach was a treat. Especially enjoyed dolphin and bird watching. Really close to lots of restaurants and shops but we just wanted to stay in the house and slide back the doors for the best view in town. Loved the big screen TVs. All the wood and ocean views makes it feel like a luxury yacht. Thanks we'll be back.
