This home was built in 2004. It has been well maintained and is ready for you to enjoy on your next vacation in Key West. You can stay in this 3 Bedroom home for less than the cost of one room some local hotels. There is a nice Kitchen for your use. High speed internet is available. There is a TV in the living room and in every bedroom. You will love this home!
About Bob Clark

I have been visiting Key West for nearly 30 years. I live in Maryland and work in real estate. A few years ago I decided I wanted to purchase a second home in Key West. I purchased this home in 2011. Since I'm only able to use it a few times a year I decided to make it available to others who would enjoy it.

Over the years I stayed in many places in Key West. The are many nice hotels but staying in a home makes your stay so much better. This community (Coral Hammock) was built in 2004. Once I discovered it, it quickly became my favorite place to stay.

What makes this house unique

Wonderful small community that is well kept. It's on the quiet end of Key West and parking is never a problem as it is in many places. It has a beautiful community pool with lush tropical landscaping. There is an exercise room in the club house that is available for guests to use.

Nearest Airport : Key West International Airport at 2 Miles
Nearest Golf : Across the street at 0.25 Miles
Nearest Restaurant : Several within walking distance at 0.25 Miles

This beautiful pool side home is in the Coral Hammock community. This community is a gated community composed of 55 homes which are mostly townhomes. This property is a detached stand alone home that backs to the community pool. It may be the best located property in the community.

The Key West airport is within a 5 minute drive. Old Town Key West (where the tourists go) is only about 4 miles away. This home is on the quiet end of Key West located near the Golf Course.

One of my favorite restaurants, Chico's Cantina is within walking distance (about 1/4 mile or less). I think it is the best Mexican restaurant around. You will love it.

Unlike the old town area of Key West, I have never had a hard time finding a parking place in Coral Hammock. Usually you can park withing 25 feet of the front door of the property.

This house was perfect for our stay. We had 3 couples so having 3 full bathrooms and bedrooms was awesome. Very
good location, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We
enjoyed the pool after a fun filled day riding our harleys around
the keys. We would stay there again and highly recommend this house to anyone.

This is an absolutely beautiful home in a wonderful little gated community. It has a community pool and a clubhouse with exercise equipment. 6 of us stayed here, and we loved it!

This house is wonderful and housed 6 adults easily, no one felt cramped or "needed space." It was very clean and comfortable. All the rooms are comfortable and with bathrooms for each bedroom made it even more convenient. Due to it being gated, the property felt very safe. It was a quick drive to downtown Keywest and many of our activities were just a couple minutes away. We enjoyed a full day fishing charter which left out of the Oceanside Marina and was only 2 minutes away from the house which made our 7am departure much easier!! We also visited many of the attractions on Duval street, parking is a pain but we knew that. The owner of the property was always quick with e-mail replies and was very helpful. If I had one semi-negative thing to say about the property it is the roosters that think they are alarm clocks, but what would Keywest be with out the roosters and chickens. We had a wonderful time.

The photos of this home, do not do it justice.
It is a clean, and very well kept home. The owner is very freindly and helpfull. willing to help answer any questions his guests have.
The complex is extremly clean and well kept, and only 10- 15 min drive from Duval Street, and marina's.
On the way you will pass stores and restaurants, angin very easy access.
This property is well worth the money that you pay.
We took two teenagers and a 21yr old, all boy's and they all said it was one of the best vacations they had ever had.
I would reccommend this property, toanyone who is thinking of taking a trip to Key West, you would not be dissapointed. 10 out of 10. It was simply awesome..
