Cottage, 4 Bedrooms, 1 Bath (Sleeps 10-11)

Come spend your Winter vaca on the lake just 20 minutes from Ellicottville right up route 242. Ski in EVL, Snowmobile from the cottage or ice fish right on Lime Lake with this great lakefront home base. The views are incredible This is a great place to get away. This 4 bedroom cottage is bright and cheerful with spectacular views of the lake all around. The open living room kitchen dining area is great for congregating and enjoying the family and the scenery. The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 and the cost is a third of the EVL houses with so much more to do.

About Pete Johnson

Hi! My name is Pete and my wife's name is Cindy. My wife and I were born and raised near Buffalo just 45 minutes from the lake. I'm a financial adviser and my wife is a special education school teacher. We have two beautiful children, both of whom are college students. You would think that with the children out of the house, life would be less hectic.

Why Pete Johnson chose Ellicottville

We have a family cottage five hours away but wanted something within an hour drive from home. We were looking for a cottage to vacation with our two children and we fell in love with Lime Lake. We bought this cottage 10 years ago and rebuilt it from the bottom up. Unfortunately, our lives have gotten busier and we are no longer able to enjoy our cottage as much as we would like to. We would love to share our cottage with someone who can enjoy it when we can't. This cottage would be ideal for a couples get away or a family vacation. The cottages are all in close proximity to each other, and the neighbors are very friendly. Lime Lake is great for Winter sports like ice fishing, snowmobiling and skiing in nearby Ellicottville. In the summer there is boating and jet-skiing as well as fishing and swimming. There really isn't a comparable lake.

What makes this cottage unique

The great views from the living room and the front porch. The cottage is right on the lake. Its the closest lake to Ellicottville.

We stayed at the property for our annual family and friends ski vacation . Had a great time . The property was pretty and well furnished . The lake was beautiful especially after the snow fall. It was within 20 minutes of the Holiday Valley Ski Resort and Ellicottville which worked well for us . We hope to return in the future .
