This beautiful house at 40 meters from la Fosca sand beach has 2 bedrooms. It is the perfect summer holiday rental, self-catering. The house is surrounded with garden at 40 meters from the sand beach of la Fosca. At 900 m. from the nice coastal town of Palamós (Costa Brava). Palamós is plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and several beaches. La Fosca is a great beach which belongs to the municipality of Palamós. From la Fosca you can go walking to Cala Salguer or Castell beach (20 min. walking) which is a great beach of sand and plenty of pine trees. It is also very close from Palafrugell, Calella, Llafranc and Tamariu which are small fishing villages. It is a good place to spend your holidays. The weather is mild because is very closed from the Mediterranean sea. There is also a fully equipped terrace with a barbacue and 2 garden chairs as well as 2 tables and 10 chairs. There is also a parasol.

La Fosca is a beach which belongs to the municipality of Palamós. The house is just by the sand beach of La Fosca where you can practice all kind of water sports. There are some restaurants nearby too. There is a golf camp in a 30 min. by car. Playa de Aro which is at 10 km has a great water park. In Palamós at 900 m. you will find bars, restaurants and shops. You can see how the fishing boats arrive to the port and see all the fishes they bring and then later buy them in the market. You can visit also the fishing museum. You can also visit Calella, LLafranc, Tamariu which are great small villas plenty of restaurants and nice promenades at seaside. Winters are mild and autum and spring are even better, plenty of days with pleasant temperatures, having lunch on the terrace, playing golf, walking by the beach. And if you come outside the high season you will find less people.

  • In order to rent the property you have to pay 30% for the booking. The entry day in cash 70% of the rental amount and a breakage deposit of 300 euros.
  • You can rent bed linen if you need. Double sheet: 15 euros, single sheet: 8 euros and towels: 1 big and another medium size: 4 euros. If you need cleaning i can provide you the cleaning with an extra cost of 12 euros per hour.

It is free during the year with the exception of June, July and August, in these months you have to pay around 3 euros per day. However you can park free of charge in the streets near the house.
