Not only can you enjoy time with your family or friends, but you can also enjoy the company of your dog while on vacation (this home is dog friendly)!

Chefs and foodies alike will enjoy the spacious kitchen that has plenty of counter & storage space for your cooking pleasure! Dine together at the large dining table for 8 or spread out onto the screen porch and deck, with additional seating for up to 12! Gather around the wood burning river stone Fire Place in the living room for relaxing evenings or simply cuddle up for a good movie in front of the Flat Screen TV. Spread out in the lower level family room for some quality Air Hockey time with sliding door access to the backyard and Hot Tub.

Large groups will appreciate the spacious bedrooms laid out over the 2 floors. The 2nd floor contains the master suite with a Queen bed and Flat Screen TV and 2 large guest bedrooms: one guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds and 1 Full bed while the other guest bedroom has 2 Full beds. The 1st floor contains a guest room with a Queen bed and a guest room with a Queen and a Twin bed while extra sleeping is provided in the lower level family room via a Queen sofa sleeper.

Enjoy the outdoors with the abundant deck, patio and porch space; either on the front porch with 2 wicker rocking chairs and a porch swing, the back screen porch and extended deck with multiple tables and seating or the tastefully landscaped Fire Pit patio area with 6 surrounding chairs and adjacent driveway with a Basketball Hoop. Unwind in the Hot Tub in the wooded back yard for memorable nights and walk down to the pristine association beach and soak up some sun for memorable days! Lake Breeze is not only ideally located right near the beach but conveniently located just a short drive to both downtown Saugatuck and Douglas!

We had 13 girls for the weekend and had an amazing time. So close to the water and a short distance into town. Each bedroom had their own bathroom (very important with 13 girls). Definitely a memorable trip!
