Close to both of the Chilmark beaches ! This home is 1/2 mile past Chilmark Center with General Store and Fine Dinning. Located just up the hill from Menemsha Pond Bridge. MORE PICTURES on Request ! Master Bedroom has a new quality King mattress, TV, and the master bath with a 2 person Jacuzzi tub.. Outside there is a brand new 4-5 person Hot Tub,outdoor shower and deck with gas and charcoal grill that overlooking the woods. There is a family room right off of the kitchen with TV, as well as a small office. The large living room, at the opposite end of house could be used as a larger office that also has a large studo easle. The Large Dinning Room and adjacent Kitchen with all brand new appliances overlook the woods.

Sleeps 7 in regular beds and can put trundle bed in place in hall or Living Room. or use queen pull out in dinning room Master has King, Bdrm 2 Queen, Bdrm 3 Queen and Twin,. = Max 9 people! BE SURE TO CLICK ' More Details ' to read Payment NOTICE ! ! ! Important info Below!

This comfortable home has paintings done by the artist owner throughout the house.

This is a quiet and quaint neighborhood with an ancient way that goes all the way down to Menemsha Fishing Village , well situated for walking, bird watching, and within the sound of the sea if it is surfy!

The location and ambiance are wonderful.
This is a home with space, amenities, and lovely touches that reflect the owners warm personality.
A fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet chef, with spices, sea salt, all the cookware one could imagine. Delightful plates and serving dishes complete the dinner experience.
The dining room table sat ten ( we had visitors from Edgartown) with room for more!
The hot tub outside, along with the hammock, left us relaxed and refreshed.
Just down the road from Chilmark Chocolates ... what more could one ask!
Surprise ... a couple of air conditioners! Plus plenty of fans to keep everyone comfortable.
Plenty of nooks and super comfy couches to read, relax, watch TV, or just chat.
Would we come back...in a heart beat!
Thank you for a wonderful Up Island escape to this little slice of heaven on the Vineyard.
