Charming 2 bedroom carriage house in Annisquam Village with tennis court. Short walk to beaches, lighthouse and Lobster Cove. Lovely post and beam construction, open floor plan - kitchen, dining, living area with cathedral ceilings,wood stove and ceiling fan. Private yard with gas grill and tennis court. Upstairs one bedroom with queen size bed, cathedral ceiling,ceiling fan and private deck. Other bedroom has two twin beds, a twin daybed, and a bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom,with cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan and private deck. One full bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen is full of appliances including dishwasher. Large laundry room with washer and dryer. Off street parking.
