Bright, Airy, Clean, Updated 3 bedroom home features: WIFI High Speed Internet, A/C, Linens included, open floor plan. All new stainless steel appliances with Gorgeous Granite counters and a large breakfast island. Located in East Harwich on a cul-de-sac with only three houses on the street. The home is conveniently located close to Nantucket Sound’s Red River Beach and Bank Street Beach, Long Pond is a beautiful fresh water pond just a few miles way.

Hardwood flooring throughout. All bedrooms offer A/C units for comfort. The Kitchen has full set up of cooking utensils and pots and pans as well as spices. Every bedroom is neatly maintained and freshly painted. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with double sinks, granite counter, tile shower and bath. Hardwood flooring throughout. All Bedrooms are on the first floor. The first bedroom offers a wonderful maple canopy Queen. The second offers a comfortable Full in and the third bedroom has two twins.

The yard is very large with plenty of places for kids to play and a hammock in the shade to relax in.The home sits on 3 beautiful acres of woodland abutting conservation land and offers walking trails from the back yard leading to Hawk’s Nest State Park. Less than 10 minutes drive to Bike Path, White Caps Baseball, Orleans, Brewster and Chatham for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Captain’s Golf Course, Cranberry Valley Golf Course.

Homeowner will provide the following so you do not have to pack them: Bed Linens, Four beach chairs and sand toys, bath towels and face cloths, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, coffee filters, spices, a blender and some other basics. A house book with helpful information on area attractions, local restaurants, maps, magazines. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your vacation.

We found this house through a basic search for our family of four for an end-of-school vacation. We saw the beautiful pictures and took a chance. It was well worth it!! The house is very clean, bright, perfectly maintained, and has a classic cape feel with the outdoor shower, deck & pines in the back. It sits in a very private & upscale quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, just minutes to everything. We enjoyed Cockle Cove beach and having breakfast & dinner on the deck. Highly recommended!!

Peaceful Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home. Highlights for us included the beautiful kitchen and living room, the relaxing deck, the bunnies in the yard, the flowers in the garden in front of the house and the very peaceful setting. The house was clean and well-cared for. The renovation on this house was very smartly done with beautiful, high quality counters, fixtures, appliances and floors. We loved the feel of this house as a restful retreat after a day of fun on the Cape. The elevated back deck is really a treat. Somehow we could sit outside at dusk without being bothered by mosquitoes! It was a very quiet setting, while still convenient to places we visited on the Cape. The owners are courteous, responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful!

This home and Cape Cod in general had a lot to offer. The house is both beautiful and cozy and really fits into the "getting away from it all feel." The renter was kind, courteous, and very easy to get a hold of. The environment was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We felt like we were right at home. Anyone looking for a great get away vacation or a place to simply relax at should stay at this home!

We really enjoyed staying at this house.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The fall foliage was amazing from the back deck.
The house is in brand new condition and we appreciated not having to bring linens with us.
The house is on a dead end street so it is very private. There is takeout pizza and Chinese food as well as a very good restaurant right down the main street, so we didn't have to cook.
Made for a perfect location to enjoy the Cape In the Fall.

Loved the open concept living area. Very bright, comfortable and clean. Liked the granite and the breakfast island. The huge deck and backyard were great for our cookouts.
