This beautiful self-catering apartment, is just two minutes walk from the centre of Wexford Town, in the Sunny South East of Ireland. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac, with allocated parking. The apartment is on the ground floor and is tastefully decorated to a very high standard. It has been awarded four stars by Ireland's Tourist Board. It has all modern conveniences including washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD/Video, CD/Radio, microwave, fridge, freezer, wireless broadband, multi-fuel stove, with a supply of fuel, and storage heating. Wooden flooring throughout giving low allergen environment. There is a patio door leading to a private garden area, where you can dine al-fresco on the deck!

The master bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds or a double, if required . A cot, high chair & a folding bed are available on request.There is also a separate bathroom with shower. A car parking space, at the front door, is provided free of charge.

Lovely Accommodations

Two friends and I rented this property in Feb. 08. The location was perfect - much to see and do, few minutes walk to town centre. Owner was extremely helpful. Perfect for 2-4 people, two bathrooms, very clean, everything on one floor and well cared for by the owner. The entire experience was lovely.

Warm Welcome at 3 Hollyville Heights

We really appreciated our week’s stay at 3 Hollyville Heights, Wexford, which is a beautifully cared for spacious ground floor apartment, equipped with everything we could need and, most importantly, really comfy beds, a private outside space and, a perfect location to walk to everything in Wexford Town. One week was just not long enough and Paddy was so kind to us, we will be back if he will have us.

wonderfully relaxing.

A lovely spacious apartment,well located-withing easy walking distance to shops,restaurants and bars,and a great base to explore the rest of Wexford from.

A delightful south facing patio at the rear, wonderful for relaxing in the evening.

The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything needed-washing machine,iron,hairdryer,towels-even bars of soap!

We had a really good time.

Great Location

I would strongly recommend this spotless, very well situated and extremely comfortable apartment to everyone (both young & not so young!). We had a wonderful holiday in Wexford Town, which has everything that you could need at your fingertips. I am looking forward to coming back again and again. Fantastic location, clean and quiet

This apartment was perfect for 2 couples to share for a month, it was everything the ad said and more! We had a free parking space outside our door, apartment was clean, neat and quiet. Paddie is a wonderful landlord, friendly and helpful. We were close enough to everything so we could walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. Centenary Store for a Sunday session, Chocolate Bar for lunch, Thomas Moore's for a pint or Pettit's for groceries. Wexford is a beautiful place with warm, friendly people! If we come back (and we want to) we'd want to rent this apartment again.

The best part of our Ireland trip!

We spent the first of two weeks in Ireland at this rental in Wexford. We were met by Paddy, who led us into Wexford and to the front door of the rental. The unit was exactly as described: attractive, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Paddy walked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment and answered any questions we had about grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself was a wonderful location for day trips to Glendalough, Tintern Abbey, Ferns, Enniscorthy, and many other places of interest. After a day of treacherous (for us!) driving, it was the perfect place to come home to. We could retire the car and walk to dinner and the pubs, which we did every night. Although our second week in Doolin was nice, Wexford was the best part of our trip, and much of that was due to Paddy. He left us with everything we needed and needed to know to have a hassle-free week in a place we'd never been. All of us (four adults, ages 25-63) sing his praises and highly recommend contacting him for a stay in this Wexford self-catering. Thank you, Paddy!

The apartment has wooden flooring throughout with the exception of the kitchen and bathrooms which have ceramic tiling, this together with appropriate duvets and pillows etc. lend to a low allergen environment. It is situated in a small, safe and secure residential 'cul de sac' development located just three minutes walk from the town centre and close to all amenities . As this is a ground floor apartment, it is suitable for all age groups. A cot & high chair can be provided on request. The car space is situated conveniently at the front door. While storage heating is provided Guests can also enjoy the warm glow of a solid fuel stove. The patio garden enjoys many hours of sunshine for most of the year and accommodates a fresh herb garden for Guests` use. Guests would preferably refrain from smoking in the premises.
