This spacious modern villa (154 sq mtrs) is fully alarmed, located in a gated complex with 24hr security. The villa has an outside garden area, patio and veranda. The property is south facing enjoying the sun throughout the day. The surroundings are calm, quiet and relaxing. whether you wish to lounge at the patio or spend your day at the pool surrounded by the beautiful panoramic views. There is a mini market on site for all your needs and a snack bar for that fresh cup of coffee. On leaving the complex there is a regular local bus service just outside which will bring you to Sunny Beach within 5 minuets. A further 10 minuets on this bus will take you to Nessebar. Nessebar is a 13th century fishing village with quante cobbled streets lined with seafood restaurants, cafes and bars, a quieter contrast to Sunny Beach.

The Villa is 5 minuets from Sunny Beach and 15 minuets from the old town Nesse bar. Suuny beach boasts golden sands, clear seas, and many water activities. Also close by are aqua parks, shopping mall, markets and a cinema. The old town of nesse bar is quaint and has lots of old world charm. throughout the area there are many seafood restaurants by the old harbour, to sit relax and take in the clear and crisp fresh air.

Notes: This new villa is a home from home with DVD, flat screen TV and all mod cons to ensure a comfortable stay is had by all. The modern tasteful furnishing in the large living area is spacious, bright and airy. There is a kitchenette, with a breakfast counter with 4 stools, leading then to the dining area which has seating for six. The living area has 2 large sofas and 1 sofa bed. There is also a toilet, and utility room. There is a safe in both bedrooms.

Sunny Beach: Sunny Beach is a lively modern town. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, with a wide range of entertainment for all of the family. The beaches are award winning Blue Flag accredited with white sands and crystal water. The beaches are safe for children and have many entertainment facilities such as jet skis, waterboats, sailing, paragliding, bungee jumping. You will also find aqua parks, cycling, hiking, simulator rides and horse riding. And if you have enough of the outdoors...there is an Imax cinema. With the varied amount of restaurants you will have an excellent choice no matter what your taste. The value is considerable with a meal for 4 including drinks costing less than £15.

The Black Sea Coast: The Black Sea coast covers the whole eastern board of Bulgaria. The Black Sea Coast beaches occupy approx. 130km of the 378km coast. Summer tourists are attracted to the beautiful white beaches and Bulgarias long hot summers. The region is an important centre for tourism during the summer, drawing foreign and Bulgarian visitors alike and constituting one of the country's most popular tourist destinations. Internationally known since 1989 as the Red Riviera, since the fall of the iron curtain its nick name has been changed to the Bulgarian Riviera. The country's average air temperature in summer is above 28 degrees, with the average water temperature at 25 degrees. Das Haus war absolut Spitzenklasse. Die Umgebunge fehlt nur noch eine snackbar ins nähe von das Pool Area. 14 Tage mit gutes Wetter, tolles Haus, und freundliche Nachbaren. Wir kommen wieder.
