Crim and Millams Cottages are newly converted barns on the owners working dairy farm in the quiet hamlet of Ramsdean at the foot of the South Downs.The cottages have been built to a very high standard and have underfloor heating powered by a ground source heat pump. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms(one bathroom in each is an ensuite wet room), a kitchen/dining room and a living room. Outside large patio areas and lawns provde space for barbeques and relaxing whilst taking in the lovely views.

Millams Cottage has a sitting room with wood burning stove, 40' LCD digital tv, DVD player/recorder and seating for 5 people. The kitchen has granite worktops, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the usual small appliances. The master bedroom has a king size double bed with built in wardrobesand dressing table together with an ensuite wet room containing, shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 has twin beds again with built in furniture. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over the bath, a basin and toilet. The living room. kitchen, and master bedroom have superb views down a valley.Outside there is a patio and lawn.

Within easy reach of the historic Cities of Portsmouth, Winchester and Chichester. Motor Racing and Horse Racing take place at Goodwood near Chichester. London is only 1 hour away by train on the mainline station at Petersfield.

Really Good Cottage

This is a really nice cottage in the countryside. It has been beautifully converted and is very spacious and comfortable. The shower is great. The owners are kind and keen to help in any way they can and I would thoroughly recommend this rental for anyone wanting to be in the Petersfield area. However, you do need a car.
