Your oceanfront getaway condominium includes:

Located on Carolina Beach in the Sea Colony complex, it is minutes south of historic Wilmington North Carolina. The uncrowded beaches extend over 7 miles allowing sun and fun to your heart's content. The North Carolina Aquarium is just down the road with fun for the whole family. Also available are many challenging golf courses within the area and wonderful seafood restaurants.

Storage Unit available on ground floor to store beach umbrellas, beach chairs and other items.

Baby gear such as cribs, high chairs, etc. are available for rental at check in.

Linens are provided for a nominal rental fee, or feel free to bring your own.

Free internet access is only for one device at a time; use the login provided on instructions sheet at the condo.

This is a non-smoking unit.

No Pets are allowed.

Parking is free on site with a permit provided at check-in. However, boats and trailers are prohibited from the parking lot.

Carolina Beach and Sea Colony are located on Pleasure Island in southern North Carolina, close to the historic port city of Wilmington. The uncrowded and quiet beach extends for 7 miles with great surfing, swimming and fishing for those who love the outdoors. There are two piers on the island, both popular sites for fishing. There are also some wonderful bike rides in the area, where you'll pass Civil War sites such as Fort Fisher on your way to catch the ferry to Southport, NC. Once arriving in Southport, you'll ride past antebellum homes and bucolic scenery until you arrive in historic Southport, with its museums, shops and many artist studios. Enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants before returning home by ferry.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this picturesque condo. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt right at home. The condo is very comfortable and clean and is well equipped for everything--from cooking, to doing laundry, to going the beach. One of the best parts of the condo is the covered deck, which has a great table/chairs and stunning views of the ocean. In fact, I was sitting on the deck reading a book on Saturday morning, and I looked up and saw a killer whale jump as well as a school of dolphins. Vacation doesn't get much better than that!

We also enjoyed all of the nearby attractions and restaurants, including Fort Fisher, the aquarium, and the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, which is just a few doors down from the condo. I would highly recommend staying here; we will definitely be back! One week just wasn't long enough!

My wife and I got there just in time to have a glass of wine as the sun setting in the west. The ocean became so calm it was great to just sit on the deck and watch dusk settle in before going out for dinner. We did not have to do anything, the place was clean and very orderly. The next morning, the sun came up though the mist on the ocean creating a magical aray of colors as we drank our coffee. Then out for a walk on the beach and to have breakfast at a quaint breakfast place just across the road. The week went so fast I could hardly believe it...can't wait till we come down there again.
