Costa Lago is a luxurious and private urbanisation, located on Playamar promenade between Los alamos and Torremolinos. The apartment is surrounded by spectacular gardens, 2 swimming pools ( open from 1st june to 30th september), snack bar in swimming pools , paddle and tennis , children´s park, ' perfect for families. ' It´s a spacious and modern furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms .The living room has 3+2 seater sofas & extra chairs for the whole family and a dining area for 8 people. The modern fitted kitchen has a fridge, freezer, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster... It has plenty of cutlery, crockery, glasses and service equipment. The separate utility room contains washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Playamar Promenade, is a lovely place between Los alamos and Torremolinos. The apartment is situated in a very quiet urbanisation close to all amenities.Along the promenade, walking, you will find bars, restaurants, shops, nights clubs, and of course, 'chiringuitos' ( restaurants on the beach ) . There is a chemist (12hour/day opened) .Walking along the promenada you can take the way to 'La Carihuela' where you can enjoy of the best fish in LaCosta del sol, or take the other way to 'Los Alamos' where you will find chiringuitos, and amazing night bars on the beach. Bus line stop is 20 metres away, 500m to a large supermarket, 10 min walking along the promenade to the centre of the village , ' Calle San miguel' where you can finf all kind of shops , and 10 min too to the rail station (Málaga-Fuengirola line with services every 20 minutes). Other attractions: Aqualand Water Park, Crocodile Park, Sea Life ( Puerto Marina), Selwo Marina, Tivoli World and numerous golf courses

Notes: Toaster and electric kettle are available in the kitchen too; if you open the windows and balcony and terrace there is not necessary air conditioning because the apartment in on the beach and there is fresh breeze at nights. Radiators in winter and fans in summer included too. The utility room contains washing machine, iron and ironing board. Travel cot available free of charge. There are 2 beautiful large pools and also one children's pool open from 1st june to 15th september. Both are supervised by a lifeguard in summer. There are toilet/changing facilities by the pool. Large gardens with paddle and tennis pool. Table and 6 chairs are on the attached terrace with beautiful sea views. If you would like maid service we can provided it with an extra charge. Changeover day is flexible although weekend are preferred. Children´s toys and DVDs included.

Places of interest, excursions: There are a wide range of excursions you could enjoy . In any travel agency in The Costa del Sol, you can book Day trips to Gibraltar, Tangier, Ronda and Marbella. You could spend too a nice day hiring a car and making a fantastic trip to Seville, Granada or Córdoba which are about 2 hours driving away. There are some companies which operate regular boat trips to Málaga and Fuengirola from the port of Benalmadena. In Benalmadena, you will visit 'the best marina of the world; its a shopping centre, bars and restaurants with spectacular and amazing views.

Absolutely amazing spotless apartment. We stayed with a 6 year old and a baby and it was a great place to play with plenty of room. The sofa was comfortable and we made good use of the DVD player and the children's toys. Sonia was more than helpful and we were amazed how well kept and organised the place was. I would definately recommend this place to others. We were left bread, milk and other things such as pasta to eat and there was coffee, sugar and even washing powder and washing up liquid. The 2 bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. The complex was lovely but we wished we had gone when the pool was open. The beach is close by and there are some great restaurants and ice cream shops nearby - very reasonable. It cost 19 euros in a taxi from the airport. Local days out included Tivoli world on the train and Benalmadena. The station was about a 10-15 minute walk. Torremolinos is not too far and the restaurants on the Carihuela are lovely. We tried casa Juan which was lovely. There is such a lovely beach nearby that you would not really want to travel too far. The apartment was perfect for us.

Excellent apartment in Playamar

This was a very pleasant, clean and spacious apartment. The pools and gardens were delightful and it was close to several good bars and restaurants.
Excellent beach is a stone's throw away and there is a lovely sea/ garden view from the terrace.
There were not too many Brits around , mainly Spanish people and this ,of course ,made our stay even more relaxing.
Note that there is no air conditioning but as the advert promised the sea breeze served to keep the property very
cool.
The owners,Sonia and her husband ,Senor Ortega ,were extremely pleasant and helpful in all respects.

This appartment had all we needed,the owners were very kind to have some food in,and things like washing powder and loo roll. It was very clean, loads of room and there was my husband myself and 4 kids with us, loads of towels as well.from the terrace you can see the beach from one side and the other side the pools and pool bar.loads of space as there is a big garden great for space for the kids. 20 yards away is a bus stop to talk you to the busier part of shops.. the appartment is a bit quieter but stil alot of shops and resturants and supermarkets. we had agreat time in terrmolines and it helps alot when you have a really nice place to stay in. great appartment, we would go back to that appartment if were we gonong to go back to terromolinoes.
