This cozy home is just a block away from downtown shopping, dining and entertainment. Enjoy a short walk to New Buffalo Beach or take a bike ride around our quaint little town. The home is just an hour's drive from Chicago or a few blocks from New Buffalo Amtrak station.

The home was completely renovated and landscaped in 2011.

Due to the extensive renovation smoking is not allowed inside the house or on the property and no pets allowed.

Soothing wall colors and knotty pine floors inviting you to relax and unwind. Turn on the gas fireplace for those cool nights and watch a movie from a collection of DVD's. In addition to the two large bedrooms the home has a daybed and 2 roll aways. The home is child friendly with a pac and play and portable high chair. Enjoy one of our family games on the cozy rug in the great room. Large newly graveled driveway accomidates as least 3 vehicles for off street parking. Backyard has a swing set and the shed contains 2 wagon, beach toys for your trips to the beach or downtown.

I am a procurement analyst and I enjoy fishing, swimming, and just enjoying the fireworks from the top wrap around porch. My wife enjoys baking/cooking and being with our grandchildren.

Notes: The home is wonderfully stocked with new appliances for your cooking pleasure. The owner leaves their spices and non perishables for you. Please replenish items for the next guest to use as we do not guarantee there will be any when you arrive. Also the laundry service does the sheets but the renter is expected to wash/dry towels so you may want to bring a set of towels to use the last day to take home and wash. The washer/drier is there for your convenience please make sure to replenish with HE soap. The high efficiency washer takes HE soap only.

Wineries/Fishing Weekend

We came to New Buffalo to enjoy some wine tasting and try our hand at coho fishing. This house is beautiful inside and out, and did not disappoint. We only stayed for the weekend and being off peak season, were able to rent for two nights. Very, very nice accommodations for the cost. Perfect walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again if we were looking for lodging in the NB area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The place is well-kept and very clean. It's modern and has a very relaxing feel. Though it is two bedrooms, the bedrooms are very large. The main master could easily fit the rollaway that's available, plus a pack n play with the daybed.

I cannot imagine how amazing this place is in the summer! The porches would be very inviting in warm weather and the location is great!

Owners were a pleasure to work with and were very good with communication. Thanks for the great stay!
