This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first. A spatious place that was not only clean and accommodating but also comfortable to live in, just as how one would feel in their own home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Very nice place to stay!

Very nice apartment. Clean, large and close to the down town and many attractions.
The bedrooms are very well appointed with comfortable beds,  large dressers and quite ceiling fans for the warm nights.
We stayed for three nights so we made use of all the facilities including the washer/dryer. Every thing was in very good condition and worked well, the appliances looked as if they were brand new.
Parking is large enough to comfortably accommodate a mini van,  we had a Dodge Caravan.
As the other reviewer mentioned, sitting on the deck in the back yard seem more like you're in the country than in a city, very nice place to relax after a busy day of site seeing.
We would stay here again if we return to Montreal for another visit.

A gem of an apartment

My friends and I loved the apartment. It is spacious and quite nice with hardwood floors and nice furnishings throughout. The decks out back are a treat - you forget you are in the city. We would have made greater use of them had it not rained so much!. The location is super easy to get to and with the metro (Joliette) just a quick walk away, we were able to get around easily without a car.

We found the beds quite comfortable and it was nice to have two dining areas. One bathroom with so many women was a bit rough, but since there are mirrors in the rooms, we managed.

Huu was very friendly and made sure that there was a lot of tourist information available.

The price was great and all of us highly recommend it as a Montreal home base - so much nicer than a hotel! I know I will certainly want to stay here again.
