Slip back in time with this newly renovated Savannah vacation rental…feel like Frank Sinatra is right there with you sipping on a glass of fine champagne! Located in the downtown historic district directly next door to the famous Pirate's House restaurant serving guests since 1753, it will be hard to find another equally well-appointed and luxurious vacation rental. Just steps away from River Street and everything else that Savannah has to offer, you can also take a quick stroll to Cha Bella, a great fine dining experience.

This two bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Savannah, Georgia, including the luxury of private parking, a courtyard with a beautiful fountain, and it's own porch equipped with seating for 6.

Inside, the kitchen features a large, beautiful, wooden table and has stainless steel appliances along with granite countertops. It also comes fully furnished with all you will need to cook a great family meal including all appliances as well as pots and pans.

The first room has a queen sized bed, flatscreen TV, a walk-in closet, and it's own full, private bath. In the living room there are two seating areas both featuring a decorative fireplace, and in the middle of the room facing the two sitting areas is a large flat screen TV. In the hallway off from the kitchen there is a bookshelf filled with books for reading at your leisure, as well as a small desk for writing friends and family back home 'Wish You Were Here' postcards. The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, vanity tables, and it's own bathroom. And there is a stacked washer and dryer so you can do your laundry while you're enjoying your stay in this lovely town.   • Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $300.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,000, we will take a $300 deposit and your remaining balance will be $700. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.

    Upon making a reservation with us, you will receive email confirmations instantly and be able to go directly to the property with no need to check in at our office as all of our homes have lockboxes with keys.

LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY.

I just returned from a long weekend stay at this wonderful rental. We booked a girl's weekend for four. Our mouths dropped open when we walked in - perfect. Everything was exactly as depicted/advertised. You never really know what you'll find upon arrival. Decor, cleanliness, location. It has it all. And the spaciousness! Only steps from River Street and close to everything Savannah has to offer. Booking, confirmation and check in were a breeze. Everything was done via phone and email. After booking Walt sent emails containing ALL information that you could possibly need - driving directions, lockbox directions, Internet access information, everything. Everything was so thorough. If traveling to Savannah again I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone I know going there. You won't be disappointed in your accommodations here.

Feel Like a Savannah Belle at The Champagne Suite

We (2 couples) stayed at the Champagne Suite for 3 days and four nights in February. We were looking for just the right place and I was so happy I found this gem! It offers what it describes and SO much more. We were in awe when we arrived. The suite has a split floor plan and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a great feature for 2 couples. The living area was phenomenal and every detail was attended to. The porch is beautiful, spacious, and has a view of the river and some "haunted sites." The property is right next door to the infamous Pirate's House. We got a 2 day hop on/off trolley ticket and one of the pick ups is located by the property... literally 5 steps from the door. When we did have to walk, there were no gripes as the location is within walking distance to everything! The kitchen was stocked (appliances, utensils, etc) and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and even a blow dryer for the ladies! Everything was spic and span, no dust mites or bed bugs. "Check in/out" was hassle free and everything was very private, no owners awkwardly hanging out. Words cannot properly describe this property, you will just have to see it with you own eyes and I promise you will not be disappointed. There is no question I/we would stay there again for our next Savannah trip! Thanks for having a property like this available. Gotta love southern hospitality, this was at its finest!

The place to stay in Savannah!

From the moment we contacted Walt regarding this property, we knew we were on to a good thing! He was so helpful especially as we were calling from the airport on our way to Savannah and had not yet booked accommodation. When the taxi pulled up outside I thought I was blown away by the exterior until we got upstairs and saw the inside of the apartment - WOW! It is even more spectacular than the photos & we were so excited to be the first ones to stay here. Highly, highly recommended and the price is unbelievable! Not to mention the location, right next door to the Pirate House restaurant and a short walk to River St. A free shuttle also stops right outside to take you nearly anywhere around Savannah. It was my absolute favourite place we stayed in our 5 week trip of the US. Thanks again Walt!
