This 16th floor unit is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium located on the portion of Miami Beach referred to as 'Mid-Beach'. The building is centrally located between North Beach and South Beach making it a perfect location for those desiring a less crowded beach yet close enough for shopping and night life.

The spacious master suite is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television, and full bath. Guest bedroom is furnished with a daybed with pop-up trundle. A queen-sized Frontgate EZ Constant Comfort Inflatable bed is available for parties greater than 4 persons. Direct ocean views can be enjoyed from the private deck, master bedroom and living/dining area.

The condo is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home and has sleeping accommodations for up to six people. Linens are provided. A coin operated laundry is available on each floor of the building.

There is a well-equipped fitness center located on the main level that is available for guest use as well as a grassy outdoor picnic area for your enjoyment. Beach chairs are supplied in the unit. Lounge chairs are also available on loan at the beach access for those who may not wish to tote chairs to the beach.

Complimentary, on-site valet parking is available for one vehicle. Additional vehicles can be parked for $5/entry (rates are subject to change)

The building has direct access to the beach. This location is located within a seven-ten minute drive to the convention center, South Beach, and Lincoln Rd. Public transportation is also available for those without vehicles. Several of the nearby hotels offer dining options and there are planty of restaurants nearby to choose from that offer dine-in, carryout, or delivery options. The nearest Publix Supermarket is approximately two miles away.

Our family has been vacationing in Miami for the past ten years. We decided to purchase a rental unit both as an investment and for our family's use.

Great investment opportunity. The views are really spectacular and the location is ideal. It is close enough to South Beach for easy access to explore but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds.

CLEAN CONDO WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW

For many days, my husband and I searched for a place that offered a direct beachfront view. We had very little time to plan our vacation so we needed to find a place that was immediately available on short notice. Chris and Adilah made every effort to accommodate our needs. The place is amazing! Being on the 16th floor, the unit provided an absolutely breathtaking view of Miami Beach. We never got tired of the view! It was exactly what we wanted and it was wonderful waking up to a view of the blue-green waters of Miami. The balcony offered front row seats to spectacular Miami Beach sunrises. Thanks to the wide glass windows, you can see the ocean even from the kitchen! The beach is quiet and away from the crowd…it almost felt like we had our own private beach and we loved that. The entire condo was clean and updated and we appreciated the WiFi service, cable TV and the full kitchen with its granite countertops. There is a Publix Supermarket close by where you can easily do your grocery shopping. South Beach is only a couple of miles away and you can easily drive to it. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend this place to everyone.

EXCELLENT STAY!

This property was excellent! It was everything we wanted for a getaway for our family of 4 (two kids 11 and 13). We loved the location, just close enough for a small car ride to the South Beach hustle and bustle when we wanted but definitely removed and quiet for relaxing. The beach is beautiful and very close to a sand bar that provided lots of fun. Thank you for having a beach umbrella and chairs on hand for renters-so smart. The bedroom and deck were spacious and comfortable. The entire unit was updated and very clean. The owners were very easy to contact when we had questions. A great find, thanks!

VERY NICE CONDO

Being on the 16th floor allowed great views of the sunrise and the ocean from the master bedroom and the balcony! The balcony is quite private which is very nice. The master bedroom has lots of dresser and closet space, and the king size bed is very comfortable. The location is great because it is away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach, but still close to everything. There is a Publix Supermarket a couple miles away that is wonderful! We didn’t find a lot of casual dining within walking distance, but there are plenty of places to eat along Collins if you drove a couple of miles. We took a cab to the Fontainebleau Hotel for dinner which was about 12 blocks away. Cab fare was about $8 with tip. Not a bad way to go if you don’t feel like driving and dealing with the parking at the busier hotels and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend it to others.

GREAT TIME WITH VIEWS TO MATCH

This is a beautiful 16th floor condo with ocean front views in mid Miami Beach. The deck was a perfect place for morning coffee or to watch the cruise boats head out of Miami port on the weekends. The condo is comfortably furnished and very complete, including 4 beach chairs and towels, although the building provides chaise lounges on the beach as well. Pool area was another great leisure alternative. The kitchen is very fully equipped, and having 2 baths was a nice convenience. The master bedroom is very spacious, the 2nd bedroom is small but suitable for children in the trundle beds. Mirrored walls throughout provide for a spacious bright appearance. Flat screen TVs in the bedroom and very comfortable living room. Building has complimentary valet parking, and the chances are you will want a car for grocery shopping and dining out. There is a bit of renovation going on in parts of the building and the sea wall outdoors, but it was no problem. Pick up keys are maintained by one of the residents - and we were kept waiting during our check in until we were able to meet her. I will definitely choose this condo again or recommend it to others.

JACKHAMMERS ALL WEEK!

The location was ideal for us however there is major construction going on at this property. They are currently renovating all of the outdoor patios connected to the rooms. We had to hear jackhammers all day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. It didn't matter if we went down to the pool or stayed in our room the jackhammers were heard. We were very disappointed to pay peak season prices and not have this information disclosed to us during the booking process. After dealing with the noise for several days we tried calling two different numbers provided by the property owner to see if we could be relocated to a different property. We were not able to get ahold of anybody and they never returned our calls depsite leaving a message. We were also excited to do some ourdoor grilling while we were there however there is no grill despite being listed in the property description. There is also some water damage and mold on the wall when you first enter in this room. We had never had any issues before renting from VRBO but after this experience we don't know if we would do it again.

Owner's Response: We regret that we were unable to respond to Mrs. G's concerns while we were overseas on vacation. Unfortunately, our wireless sevice prevented us from receiving several business and personal calls, messages, texts, etc. from getting forwarded. Guests can normally reach us 24 hours a day via text, email, or phone. When we are not available our agent who lives in the building and has an office on-site fields these calls. She is also the same individual that meets guests upon arrival.

Since we've owned the property, there has been ongoing renovations -all with very limited or no impact to the Oceanside of the building where our unit is located. Because the renovation schedule changes, is delayed, etc., it is difficult to communicate potential impact if any on a guests stay when booking months in advance. Some periods of scheduled renovations have had no activity at all. When potential guests inquire about construction at or around the property, this is what we disclose. When the pool was completely closed for renovations, we we communicated this and provided updates for those reluctant to book. Although we can provide updates when communicated to us by the condo association, we cannot move people to other units because each condo is individually owned -not a hotel with various choices of rooms. We are only responsible for the unit that we own which is most assuredly a very nice unit in a typically quiet location. If there is any concern about any future construction-related disturbances, we will communicate the most recent scheduling information available at the time of booking. Since guests typically book stays 3-8 months in advance, several changes can take place during that time.

Upon seeing this review and realizing, their was a small mildew issue in the unit, we notified maintenance to address the problem which was caused by condensation from the AC unit. There is another guest currently in the unit, so the aesthetic portion of the repair will occur following their departure. We are greatful that this was the only issue with the unit itself and always enjoy the opportunity to provide eager vacationers with a very affordable, direct oceanfront accommodation in Miami Beach.

FABULOUS VIEW, ULTRA CLEAN AND SPACIOUS

My wife and I and 2 sons had the pleasure of staying here in February. Coming from Montreal, anything beachfront would have been great, but our stay here surpassed what we expected. The unit is immaculate clean, it has new furniture a great kitchen with a huge granite bar and stainless steel appliance and a nice deck to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. I would love to come back and feel comfortable recommending the apartment. Thanks
