This 16th floor unit is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium located on the portion of Miami Beach referred to as 'Mid-Beach'. The building is centrally located between North Beach and South Beach making it a perfect location for those desiring a less crowded beach yet close enough for shopping and night life.

The spacious master suite is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television, and full bath. Guest bedroom is furnished with a full (double) bed . A queen-sized Frontgate EZ Constant Comfort Inflatable bed is available for parties greater than 4 persons. Direct ocean views can be enjoyed from the private deck, master bedroom and living/dining area.

The condo is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home and has sleeping accommodations for up to six people (4 adult maximum). Linens, beach are provided. A coin operated laundry is available on each floor of the building.

There is a well-equipped fitness center located on the main level that is available for guest use as well as a grassy outdoor picnic area for your enjoyment. Beach chairs are supplied in the unit. Lounge chairs are also available on loan at the beach access for those who may not wish to tote chairs to the beach.

Complimentary, on-site valet parking is available for one vehicle. Additional vehicles can be parked for $5/entry (rates are subject to change)

The building has direct access to the beach. This location is located within a seven-ten minute drive to the convention center, South Beach, and Lincoln Rd. Public transportation is also available for those without vehicles. Several of the nearby hotels offer dining options and there are planty of restaurants nearby to choose from that offer dine-in, carryout, or delivery options. The nearest Publix Supermarket is 1.1 miles (4 minutes by car/ 24 minutes walking) away.

About The Owner

We are part-time snowbirds from Maine who have been vacationing in Miami for the past ten years. We decided to purchase another rental unit both as an investment and for our family's use. We enjoy the exploring all around South Florida and use Miami as our base.

Why The Owner chose Mid Beach

Great investment opportunity. The views are really spectacular and the location is ideal. It is close enough to South Beach for easy access to explore but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We enjoy being able to take a long walk down the beach and e able to stop and enjoy all the great restaurants in the 6000 Block. There's a large park and play ground a short walk down the beach that our kids enjoy meeting other kids for a little fun.

What makes this condo unique

The views at this location are wonderful and the beach never seems to be crowded. It is a very relaxed portion of the beach.

Fantastic view of the ocean/beach

Beautiful view, directly on the ocean. Because this building is in an area with other condos vs hotels, the beach is much quieter, which we loved. Unit has a couple of smaller beach chairs, but the condo building provides chaise lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach for no cost. Very limited umbrellas at the pool and none at the beach. Large grocery and small coffee shops 1 mile to the north. The building is still undergoing renovations and needs updating in the halls, elevators, beach access area, etc. The condo unit itself is in very good condition. If you like a big beach towel, bring your own. An Uber to South Beach for dinner ran approximately $14 including tip (one way); this was preferable to driving and trying to find parking.

This place is perfect...you couldn't of asked for a better place.......they had everything imaginable from beach towels to playing cards. located on the 16th floor facing the ocean, in a quite complex a little north of the miami activities .this is a must rent property...thanks again..,and yes I'll be back!!!!

Awesome View with All the Comfort of Home

We were very lucky to find this condo at the last minute . The owners were very pleasant to work with and made everything easy for us. We were reluctant to take the unit during building renovations, but we really needed a place to stay. We were pleasantly surprised that we did not have to deal with much noise although the decks were off limits. The unit was very discounted because of this which was great. We knew this going in, so we spent most of the days at the beach or sightseeing. The unit is clean and has everything you need. We loved the view! The second bedroom is a bit small for two teenagers (boy and girl), so we used the raised bed thingy in the living room (it's not like a regular airbed - fancier). It was very comfy and there was plenty of room for it. I was very pleased and can't wait to go back.

CLEAN CONDO WITH A SPECTACULAR VIEW

For many days, my husband and I searched for a place that offered a direct beachfront view. We had very little time to plan our vacation so we needed to find a place that was immediately available on short notice. Chris and Adilah made every effort to accommodate our needs. The place is amazing! Being on the 16th floor, the unit provided an absolutely breathtaking view of Miami Beach. We never got tired of the view! It was exactly what we wanted and it was wonderful waking up to a view of the blue-green waters of Miami. The balcony offered front row seats to spectacular Miami Beach sunrises. Thanks to the wide glass windows, you can see the ocean even from the kitchen! The beach is quiet and away from the crowd…it almost felt like we had our own private beach and we loved that. The entire condo was clean and updated and we appreciated the WiFi service, cable TV and the full kitchen with its granite countertops. There is a Publix Supermarket close by where you can easily do your grocery shopping. South Beach is only a couple of miles away and you can easily drive to it. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent Stay!

This property was excellent! It was everything we wanted for a getaway for our family of 4 (two kids 11 and 13). We loved the location, just close enough for a small car ride to the South Beach hustle and bustle when we wanted but definitely removed and quiet for relaxing. The beach is beautiful and very close to a sand bar that provided lots of fun. Thank you for having a beach umbrella and chairs on hand for renters-so smart. The bedroom and deck were spacious and comfortable. The entire unit was updated and very clean. The owners were very easy to contact when we had questions. A great find, thanks!

Very nice condo

Being on the 16th floor allowed great views of the sunrise and the ocean from the master bedroom and the balcony! The balcony is quite private which is very nice. The master bedroom has lots of dresser and closet space, and the king size bed is very comfortable. The location is great because it is away from the hustle and bustle of South Beach, but still close to everything. There is a Publix Supermarket a couple miles away that is wonderful! We didn’t find a lot of casual dining within walking distance, but there are plenty of places to eat along Collins if you drove a couple of miles. We took a cab to the Fontainebleau Hotel for dinner which was about 12 blocks away. Cab fare was about $8 with tip. Not a bad way to go if you don’t feel like driving and dealing with the parking at the busier hotels and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would recommend it to others.
