The Property Layout results in a Split Floor Plan; Two (2) Bedrooms.

Through separate entry from the Outside, you have a Laundry Room, Full Size Washer and Dryer.
Fully stocked, everything inside is flawless.
The Property is on the Water over 40Ft. of Dock Space, with over 200Ft. of Waterfront on two sides.
Great Fishing from the Dock, Gas B.B.Q. outside on the covered Terrace, with Dockside sitting and Lounge Areas.
On the Property, the Views are Excellent from all Rooms which lead to the Outdoor Covered Terrace.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed with Water Views from the Bed.
Guest Room has a Full Size Bed.
Dockside, lay in the Chaise Lounges, and hear the Coconut Palm frontons move in the breeze.
When you are ready for a little swim, step in from the Dock into the Basin.

We will meet you on the Property upon arrival and get you settled-in and show you how everything works, the HVACs, the Stereo, Wi-Fi Network, Satellite T.V.s, the BBQ, Stove, the Range, and in-turn answer any questions you may have.
The Property is extremely peaceful, and quiet.
Lay in the Chaise Lounges, and hear the Coconut Palm frontons move in the breeze.
Markets and Shopping are less than 5 Min. away, we provide Discount Cards for WINN-DIXIE one of the Local area Markets.
Close by, you have John Pennekamp (www.pennekamppark.com/), (MM102.5), Great Beaches, with snorkeling opportunities. there is also Group Fishing which is not expensive, or Snorkeling Trips to the Reefs a little off-shore.
Restaurants are also within 5 Min. away.
Steamer's at MM95, Ocean Side, has Excellent Food with Waterfront Dining.
While Chad's 5 Minutes North (MM105), Gulf Side, is a popular Breakfast location, and an exceptional Deli.
For Special, Dining experiences, you may want to try the Islamorada Fish Factory which is 10 Minutes South, Gulf Side. Excellent Sunset Dinners with live entertainment.
Otherwise Sundowner's is about 20 Min. North, Gulf Side, Great Outdoor Dining with Excellent views of the Sunset. And Senor Frijoles is next door, with Outdoor Dining also, Tex-Mex Food and Excellent Margaritas.
While lets not forget MM88, Gulf Side, Excellent Gourmet Dining, Bayside, a local Landmark, with Sunset views.

Regarding Fishing Licenses, they can be bought here at any Bait & Tackle Shop. If you are going to be Fishing from the Property, they are not necessary.

We recommend you book in advance as for the destinations in the Keys, there are often discount offers for 'in-advance' reservations. And with items like swimming with the Dolphins or Sea-Lions at Theater of the Sea, they book quite in advance, due to the demand.

Serenity Bay Villas is in the middle of the Keys. 1.5Hr. to Miami, 1.5Hr. to Key West.
With all the major needs within 5 to 7 Min. away; Shopping, Dining, , Movie Theaters, Entertainment, Hardware Store, Pharmacy, Hospital, etc......
We had a marvelous time and are definitely thinking about coming again next year if we can swing it. Your place was magical, and we couldn't have asked for more.

This rental was in an ideal location for fishing off the dock and just enjoying the view. The accommodations were as described and the unit was clean. We missed meeting Nestor but he was very helpful in any questions that we had. We enjoyed walking the streets nearby and we were close enough for a day trip to the Keys which was awesome too. The outdoor patio was really nice and my husband spent most of the day trying to catch a fish. He did however gain a new friend, a heron, who stole his bait while he tried to fish. If we come back to the Keys this is well worth another stay since we like to be away from it all and this was exactly that. Thanks Nestor for sharing your place. Also the sunsets were amazing.
My husband and I vacation yearly in the keys and this place was one of the best yet. Location was perfect. The first night there we watched a family of 5 manatees (w/ a baby) cruise through the canal. BEAUTIFUL property, Plenty of good fishing from the dock. My husband fished every day. Enjoyed Harry Harris park for a little beach /picnic time. Nestor was again this year very accommodating.(Thanks for the upgrade). Unit was very spacious, a little sparse on kitchen gadgets but the Family Dollar was right down the street. Laundry facilities were a definite plus (always nice to return home with clean clothes) wished there would have been screens on the sliders as the weather was prefect and the a/c was not really needed. But I'm sure as a rental those probably don't last very long. Master would have been nice with a TV but our laptop and netflix was sufficient to fall asleep to. (I know who goes on vacation to watch TV, right) Just my personal preference. Shopping plaza is literally right down the street with post office,dunkin donuts, Winn Dixie, Family Dollar & even a movie theater. 2 of our favorite places to dine are the Pilot House (north in Largo) Glass bottom bar is pretty cool, and the Keys fishery (south in Marathon) Truly enjoyed the crab claws there. Thanks again Nestor. We will surely rent from you in the future.

kitchen is fine. was clean and reasonably well equipped.
nestor's property managing was accommodating and helpful
one major draw back.
to access the 2nd bedroom one has to walk through the 1st bedroom and the restroom (toilet in english/english). there is only one restroom/shower and its between the 1st and 2nd bedroom.
we were travelling with young child and my parents in-law. I would simply have not booked if i had any clue of the arrangements.
this is the big problem i have with the place, i wouldn't go as far as to say the pictures are misleading, but they do not tell the entire truth.
I would probably stay there again if as a couple. as otherwise the place is ok, quiet neighbourhood. easy access to the sea and good fishing not to far out, bait shop not too far away.
overall a little disappointed
The property is to die for!!! Everything you could ask for is there. The whole place is fitted out to a high standard. My Dad and I loved to sit out at night on the great patio area it's so peaceful. On several evenings a couple of dolphins came into the dock area and swam about - it was beautiful to see them.
In the mornings we would sit outside with our coffee's and watch the sunrise and listen to the different bird songs.
Islamorada has some great shopping areas and plenty to see and do - the Rain
Barrel is a must and so is Theatre of the Sea. We ate out most nights down in Key Largo - Hobo's ( we know the owners ) Big Macs Kitchen II and the Big Chill. If you want a great Breakfast try the Hideout in Key Largo on Oceanside.
Everything on the listing description of this property is 100% it is clean and very well maintained.
Nestor is great he kept in touch throughout the booking and even popped by a couple of times to see if we were ok and we were always out, but we caught up with him in the end.
We enjoyed the outside of the property so much in the evenings that the TV was not switched on once.
There's so much to see and do - you have the Everglades and all of the Florida Keys to explore, my only regret is that we did not spend enough time at the property, it truly is Serenity and I look forward - hopefully - to going back very soon.
I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a holiday home to remember.
