Beautiful golf frontage four bedroom three bath villa with pool on southern dunes gated community. Just 20 minute drive from Disney. This private villa has a master suite with cable TV,three further bedrooms and a pull out bed in the lounge.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine ,tumble dryer etc.Cable TV,DVD,internet access and Playstation are also provided.Outside the villa has a heated pool with loungers, dining area and a gas BBQ is available.All linens and towels are provided and maid service is available at an extra cost. There is a clubhouse with bar and restaurant on the development and within walking distance is a large Wal Mart supermarket, there are also restaurants and shops locally. This property makes an ideal holiday base for families visiting Disney or golf groups or for people wanting to explore central Florida with both the Atlantic and Gulf coast only an hours drive away.Tennis and fitness centre available on site. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED
