The Lord Byron Apartment is an independent apartment secluded within the park. The apartment is situated a few meters from the pool and from the private access to the beach. It is around 200 metres from the Villa Trotti Bentivoglio, making it the only unit in the entire complex to benefit from independence, a great location, and total, absolute quiet and privacy. The apartment occupies the complete first flour of a marvellous free-standing stone house built in the Lombard style. The ground floor is the communal Club House; a living room, changing room and showers for those that use the pool. The Lord Byron Apartment is approximately 150msq and has a living room with a study corner, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a terrace. The Lord Byron Apartment is the only one in this house.

The little portico and church dedicated to San Giovanni Battista dates back to the 1500s making it Bellagio's oldest. Additional information about rental rates

  • The payments are executed and guaranteed by the “pay pal” system. Complete details of the beneficiary/owner together with the official act of registration at the Business Register, are communicated to the occupant via email previous to the payment.



    No further fees or expenses, of any kind, will be charged: published rates are in euro and cover: VAT and tax, welcome on arrival, rent for the entire requested period for up to 6 people, reasonable use of water, light, gas, air conditioning, and heating, a change of sheets, pillowcases, and towels for up to 6 people, free access to the Internet, the use of the private parking lot composed of 2 parking spaces, access to the park and the pool according to the terms & conditions.
  • The payment must be made through “pay pal” or by a bank draft, according to the bank coordinates indicated by the owner. In the case of a bank draft, the banking expenses will be shared.
    The payment scheme is conducted in the following manner:
    - A deposit of 30% of the agreed price will be made by and not after the maximum term of 10 days from the reception of the “confirmation of booking” by the part of the owner on the penalty of the cancellation of the booking.
    - the rest of the 70% of the agreed price will be paid before the term of 15 days before the arrival date. If this is not made, a penalty of the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the deposit will be executed.
  • The cancellation of the booking, before the 15 days period before the arrival (for example 35 days or 16 days before arrival), will result in the loss of the 30% deposit. The cancellation of the booking after the 15 days period before arrival (for example only 13 or 5 days before arrival) will result in the loss of the 30% deposit and an additional 20% of the remainder of the money paid. Only 80% of the remaining full sum will be returned to the eventual occupant. A cancellation can only be executed by mail with the confirmation of receipt or by fax with the confirmation of receipt.

  • Master bedroom with access to the terrace: large private bathroom with a shower, double sink, toilet and bidet: inside the room there are two bedside tables with bedside lamps, air conditioning, TV, a large built in closet. This room is large enough to fit a cradle for a child up to a year old. The attic room: two beds that can be put together or separated. Velux skylight window, private bathroom with tub, sink, toilet and bidet, air conditioning, closet. “extra” room: fifth and sixth supplementary beds as shown in plan 2: this separate room can be created with walls and a door with a third private bathroom. This bathroom, unlike the others, is fitted with a modern Turkish bath. When the 5th and 6th beds are not in use, this room functions as an entry hallway used by the other occupants of the apartment to access the terrace and the bathroom.

My family (husband and one adult daughter) stayed her for one week and immensely enjoyed the apartment, scenery and local area. This apartment is comfortable, well-appointed and comfortable. The privacy is wonderful. The owner and his assistants were very helpful with checking, getting us oriented, and checking out.

We hope to return sometime - it was wonderful!
