QUIET ESCAPE ON THE LOWER EAST SIDE

We really liked this place for many reasons. First we were greeted by a fantastic gentleman which was very kind and helpful. We actually got lost in New York and he helped us find our way. Take note that with the big buildings some gps go bunkers. That said, the place was very clean and had plenty of dishes for 4 people. One thing that is great about this place is that its very very quiet... so we slept pretty well... the only main issue was the ac was not strong enough but with 2 fans provided we did ok in the july heat... the owner said hes planning to get a bigger ac. Also this place is very close to loads of cool spots... little italy... china town... union square...We would recommend this place to anyone. We will got back in a flash. We would like to thank Jonathan for making our stay a breeze. Cheers

My colleague and I stayed here for a two week work trip in April but liked it so much decided to return the following month when we needed to be back in the city for a further week.

The property was clean, well maintained and well furnished, and any additional items we required were provided by the owner quickly and without any fuss. Overall the customer service was excellent, with the owner providing us with plenty of guidance about good places to eat and drink nearby (of which the lower east side/east village certainly has plenty!).

It's well located for both the express bus service and subway, but there is also plenty to see and do at walking distance.

We would most certainly recommend this place to friends and relatives, or anyone else for that matter travelling to NYC, whether for work or pleasure.

Very cute place. Little space, but clean and cosy. The neighborhood is safe, young, multicultural. We were well welcomed by the manager. A lot of deli markets, shops, restaurants all around. A recommended place to live. à la new yorkaise. Joli appartement. Petit, mais propre et confortable. Nous avons été très bien reçus et guidés. Le quartier est intéressant, avec nombre dépiceries fine et spécialisées, de commerces en tous genres et de restaurants. Un endroit parfait pour vivre quelques jours à la new yorkaise.
