Island Reseve-Gated - Beautiful Complex

I just want to say that my boyfriend and I (from Clearwater FL) stayed here with my sister, brother In-law, niece and nephew (from Clarksville IN) for a glorious week while my niece pitched in the softball world series. I have traveled many places and have to say this was by far my favorite place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice, it is absolutely gorgeous but not so ostentatious that you are afraid to touch anything. Debra went out of her way to accommodate us including allowing my sister to rent an extra day. She was easy to deal with , offered suggestions of places to see as well as restaurants to eat at. We were so glad that we chose to stay here and not on the beach because the traffic on the beach was crazy ! We were close to everything but easy to get in and about without hours of traffic. The pool was the big hit as it is very beautiful and great for my nephew who is a little unsure of his swimming , since it was shallow enough in areas that we did not have to panic. Loved sitting out on the porch looking at the courtyard and relaxing at night.
Also Debra goes above and beyond making sure that you have everything you could possibly need. Just like being at home only way better lol.
We are looking forward to booking this condo again sometime around the new year we loved it that much.

Thanks again to the owners for allowing us the privilege of staying in there rental and for providing everything a person could need to have a nice relaxing vacation. Like I said only downfall is you will not want to leave when your time is up, I know we sure didn't.

And by the way not only did I celebrate my birthday while there my boyfriend proposed to me so Panama City Beach will always hold a special place in my heart.

We just enjoyed a 7 night stay in this lovely condo, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the PCB area. The condo is located in a secure setting with no steps to lug luggage up or down (even on the 2nd floor). The pool is large, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The furnishings are upscale, yet "homey" as well. Everything that we could possibly need (and more) was in the condo, including necessities such as toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The large washer and dryer in the condo was also much appreciated, and we had more than enough room for our family of four with two private bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. We even enjoyed free internet access, allowing us to catch up with loved ones at home and to research area attractions and restaurants. While we didn't use them this trip, the owner has a few board games and pool rafts available for guest use as well. The location is near beaches and other attractions, and the price was certainly competitive. The owner, Debra, was easy to work with and offered some suggestions as to what my sons might be interested in doing. She graciously tolerated many e-mails from me prior to our visit and tried to accomodate any needs that we had. She also left a very nice welcoming note upon our arrival. We leave here as very happy travelers and hope that others can enjoy this experience. Thank you, Debra, for opening up your condo for us to enjoy!

This was our first trip to the Panama City Beach area, so we were unsure of how close we would be to any attractions. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. We were blessed to find and stay at such a beautiful place. It made our vacation amazing...whether we stayed in or went out. The condo was spacious, comfortable and decorated very modern. Everything was there that you would need on a vacation and more. The owners were very nice to deal with. I look forward to returning here on my next trip to PCB!!!
