If you are looking for perfect affordable cape cod accommodations, this is it. Beautiful Knotty pine interior and seashell theme will welcome you The unit features a fully equipped kitchen including new refrigerator, not to mention everything needed to cook with. There's pergo flooring throughout and a beautiful full size brass bed. Sliders lead you to a private deck where you can bbq on the charcoal Weber grill and dine in private. Being an end unit with extra sunlight and bay window,, you'll enjoy the breeze that comes off the ocean. Enjoy new flat screen TV which can be watched from your bed or livingroom area on the couch. The condo has air conditioning also for those hot summer days. There are two lovely common outdoor showers/dressing rooms located at the complex which guests of the complex are welcomed to use. If you are looking for the perfect little place with a 3 minute walk to the ocean, look no further, this is it! Units this close to the beach don't last and YES, we have password protected WIFI !!!!!!!!!

We are fairly new owners of this unit. We fell in love with it the minute we saw it. Being an end unit, you have more privacy and more windows. The kitchen has everything you need from a blender to a lobster pot and utensils. There's a cute little table for two in front of the bay window so you can eat your breakfast and look out and 'people watch' families walk to the beach. Relax on the deck and read a book (shaded a good part of the day). The beach is 2 tenths of a mile, 3 minute walk at a normal pace. For space purposes, our unit is most suitable for a couple, however, one child is acceptable.

We have owned several rental properties in Dennisport for over 15 years. We currently still own three plus our own cape home. All our rental units are between 1-3 minute walk to the beach! They are in three different complexes each with their own special identity in the way of location and amenities. We have several return renters in all year after year. Notes: Our efficiency would be suitable for elderly being (no tub to have to climb in) and only one step up to unit and one step down to deck off glass sliders. A couple with an infant or small child is acceptable (sleeping in a pack n' play or portacrib).
