The West Village is what Greenwich Village is about. Away from the loud avenues and congested city, you will walk along tree lined blocks of he best boutiques and restaurants the city has to offer. You can get your coffee in a local café, take your book to the local park or sit on one of the many benches and watch the life of the village go by. All the best neighborhoods of the city are a short walk away, The Meat Packing District and Soho are 5 minute walks, Nolita, East Village, Chelsea all within 10 minutes. And if you wish to go to the tourist areas and see the 'sights' subways are just blocks away.

This beautiful and very clean one bedroom is on the most romantic blocks in the city. It has just been renovated and is simple and carefree. Completely quiet so its the perfect village oasis for your city travels. This flat has all new furniture and furnishings including a flat screen TV and hi-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine fridge. Perfect, easy couples getaway.

There are 2 sister apartments on this site, across the hall from each other.

Apartment D has all that Apartment C has, plus sofabed in the living room and private back garden with table and chairs.

Perfect West Village Flat

We could not have been happier with this rental! Ken met us at the apartment and was so welcoming and helpful. The location cannot be more perfect-quiet residential street, but a short walk to restaurants, pubs, subway, and all the action of the Village. The apartment was immaculate, well furnished and fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Having a washer and dryer available in a city apartment is a huge bonus. We particularly liked relaxing in the living space with the windows open, and being able to hear the music from the Greenwich Music School one building over. a.o.c. bistro is a short walk away and we enjoyed a lovely French meal there. We will be contacting Ken again before our next trip to the city, I can't even imagine booking a generic hotel room when you can book a rental like this. Perfect!!!!

Our buen retiro in West Village

We just came back from our honeymoon. We spent the last 8 night in New York in this cozy apartment in West Village. The apt is on the first floor (big advantage if you have heavy luggage) but quite silent since it has all of its windows opening on an internal yard.

The place is very well furnished and provides commodities such as cable and washing machine+dryer (very useful if you stay for more than a couple of days).
The owner, which can be easily reached through email, is very kind.

The ginormous plus of the place is its location: Village and Chelsea are just a few steps away and it very near to 1-2-3 and A-B-C undergrounds.

The only downside of the place is the A/C: it works, but its location (too near to the bed) and its noise can be somewhat annoying.

Definitely would rent it on my next stay

Muy limpio y funcional. Excelente ubicación. No hay que subir escaleras. Al Soho, al meatpacking district, al Hudson river park se llega caminando. El subte está muy cerca. Ideal para aquel que quiera huir del ruido intenso de la ciudad. Muchos restaurantes alrededor con diferentes precios y menues.
Sin duda volvería a alquilarlo en mi próxima estadía. Gracias Ken por tanta eficiencia y confianza.

Very clean and functional. Great location. Do not climb stairs. Soho, the meatpacking district, the hudson river park can be reached on foot. The subway is nearby. Ideal for anyone who wants to flee the intense noise of the city. Many restaurants around with different prices and menus.
Definitely would rent it in my next stay. Thanks Ken for such efficiency and confidence.

Excellent unit - cozy but first class in all respects. Recent beautifully done renovation - lacks nothing - everything is there. Owner a pleasure to deal with. Perfect location. Great for couples.

The flat was great, very clean and comfortable. The bed was fine. The location is brilliant and we were very sad to leave.
