This charming beach cottage is located three blocks to the white sandy beaches of Lauderdale By the Sea and hosts 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The cottage is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. It is close to shopping, parks, and night-life. The unit is 800 sq. ft. with vaulted ceilings and is complete with large laundry room, extra storage and carport. Non-smoking.

Notes: Swimming pool is located in a very private courtyard. The area can be utilized by visitors staying in the Cottage from 10 AM to 5 PM. We also have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and bicycles available for use while staying at our property.

We recently returned from another stay in this lovely cottage. The unit is fabulous. It has very nice high end finishes and is in a great location. We'd highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to stay in Lauderdale By the Sea and/or Fort Lauderdale. Excellent Price and Location.

The place was great. Just as advertised. The owners are very nice and were very helpful. It is well kept, just a few blocks from the ocean and plenty of restaurants. My wife and daughter both had a terrific time. The unit had all the amenities you could ask for and was spotless. I would heartily recommend this property to anyone planning a florida vacation.

Retirement Getaway

When we arrived at the cottage we were greated with a warm welcome by the owner. He showed us the cottage and the pool area . What a neat cottage the wide open room with a kitchen and living room combined the big screen tv was also need . The bedroom ,bath and laundry room were very nice. The tile floors througout were amazing. The bed was even good which somtimes not always the case when you stay at a rental place.The cottage was very very clean and neatley decorated my wife was impressed.
The owner told us the beach was within waklking distance along with store and resturants.
The beach was only a short walk it was beautiful with crystal clear water which is a far cry from Jersey Beaches great beaches and neat fishing pier Just walk to the pier and you could fish you don't have to drive to get there. The resturants were very good along with the prices. There is even a small shopping center within walking distance.
The town itself is really nice and the people are friendly.
The pool next to the cottage was great it was very private no other guest to bother you. We could have stayed at the cottage and had a great time and become beach bums. The great part of this place you do not have to drive anywhere everything is in walking distance. You can take a quite stroll and truely relax no crowds.
Lauderdale by the sea and this cottage were a great find. If you want nice stress free place to relax this is it.
The cottage and owner were both great any thing we needed or wanted know about the town and resturants or stores he could tell us all , like having a tour guide nothing was a problem.
My wife and I would recommend the cottage and town, We are planning our next visit to the cottage.
