With spectacluar views of Lake Charlevoix and walking distance to downtown Charlevoix this property has everything to offer. Unit is nicely furnished with two futons in the living room, full kitchen and spacious balcony. Other amenities include: elevator, wi-fi internet, outdoor heated pool, barbecue grills and clubhouse with laundry. Boat docking available at Northwest Marina. Walk to Ferry Beach Park and enjoy the sandy beach, play area, volleyball and basketball courts.
