• ADVANCE DEPOSITS:
  A deposit of half of the total rent, optional Vacation Protection Insurance and Reservation Damage Waiver fee are required within 10 days of making your reservation. A nonrefundable Reservation Damage Waiver fee is charged on all reservations. This fee is to cover reported, accidental damage up to $1000 tenant services & administrative costs. If your deposit is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled without notification. Interest earned on funds deposited with Seaside Rentals is payable to Seaside Rentals. No other arrangements, property substitutions, rate adjustments or refunds will be issued once your reservation has been confirmed or upon arrival.

• METHOD OF PAYMENT:
  We will accept certified funds, cashier’s checks, money orders, traveler's checks, personal checks, cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover). Reservations cannot be confirmed without a completed contract (this includes your guest list information). Absolutely no personal checks will be accepted less than 30 days in advance of your arrival, on last minute reservations or at time of check-in. Reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival, payment in full will be required. International Reservations must be paid in U.S. Funds by Certified Funds only payable by a U.S. Bank. All payments must be made payable to Seaside Rentals, 12 South Ocean Boulevard, Surfside Beach, SC 29575. Cancellation of reservations not holding insurance will need to read the cancellation policy below.
