Enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal clear blue Gulf from this unit at Oceania, on the third floor. This unit has 2000 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enjoy your view through full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, out to the large 40 foot tiled and covered balcony. Also included with this unit is covered parking steps away from the elevator.

Tired of the crowds? You will be conveniently located right in the heart of Destin, yet able to avoid the crowds because of this private gated property and most importantly, you will have an abundance of beach area. Because of the wide area of beach that Oceania is built on, you will enjoy Oceania's truly private beach, being one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin.

This unit has a 46' LCD TV and DVD in the living area, with an additional TV and DVD in each bedroom. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated with with new granite counter tops, cabinets and new appliances with double sink vanities in the master and 2nd bathroom.

Just spent a long weekend with extended family at this condo and had a great time. The condo is very nice and well kept. The layout is great and the massive balcony is hard to beat. The owners were very easy to work with.

This is a beautiful condo, great location and easy access to the beach. The owner is very nice and great to work with. The complex is in a great location and is very clean. We loved the baclony and the view. Everything about this condo is spectacular. We will be staying here again!
