The 3rd full bathroom is accessed from the pool deck, is air conditioned, heated and has a large tiled shower. The Great Room is furnished with a sofa and two matching love seats, travertine marble end tables & coffee table and a magnificent 15 foot long wall unit which hides a TV, DVD player, and a Wii Sports console with accessories. There is also a Steinway Standard Grand Piano (Model M) for the playing pleasure of you or your guests. The dining room table seats 8 and there are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There are also 2 dining tables, each seating 4, on the pool deck. Although this is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is equipped with its own security system and the community also has a Crime Watch Patrol. In addition there are motion activated security lights in the front and back of the house. Sliders in the Master Bedroom, Great Room, Kitchen Dining Area and Rear Guest Bedroom open onto the 60 foot wide screened pool patio. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, breadmaker, toaster oven, blender, crock pots, Cuisinart, Kitchen Aid mixer, juicer and other appliances plus multiple sets of cookware, dishes, flatware and glassware for your cooking and entertaining needs.

Jeff and I (Eileen) are long-time Floridians and have lived in various parts of the state. This property is one of our favorites and we live in it ourselves for part of the year. We have been renting this property out since 2007. We have really enjoyed our renters and do everything we can to ensure the comfort of our guests.

The Estates is a beautiful golf course community. While it is close to shopping, restaurants and numerous activities, it is quiet and safe. A major consideration for us was that, unlike the majority of vacation areas, there is an excellent hospital less than two miles away, and all medical specialties are also nearby. In addition, one of the word's best airports, Tampa International, is less than an hour away and many cruise ships regularly leave from the Port of Tampa. Also, great neighbors!
The Clubhouse has a swimming pool, exercise room, tennis courts, pool table, bocce court and shuffleboard court. There are weekly activites - bridge and other card games, also mahjong. Periodically there are various classes held in computers, aerobics, line dancing, painting, to name a few. There are also special events with dining and dancing.
