This exremely well-appointed heated & air-conditioned 2240 square foot house is low maintenance. It is surrounded by professionally maintained lawn and shrubbery with no immediate rear neighbors. The master bedroom is 14 ft X 22 ft with Scandinavian teak furniture, king Sleep Number bed with dual controls, double dresser, chest of drawers, 'hope' chest, clock coffee table and two recliners, a computer workstation, laser black/white printer and 4 in 1 color printer, scanner, copier and outgoing fax. There is also a document shredder. Connected to the master bedroom are two walk-in closets and a bathroom with jetted tub, separate tiled shower with built-in seat, large counter with seated 'dressing table' area and two sinks, each with its own storage cabinet.
The two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house are fully furnished (queen beds) and each also contains a roll-away bed in the closet.. The 2nd bath separates these two bedrooms and has a bathtub with shower and plenty of counter space. All bedrooms have a phone, TV, and clock radio. The 3rd full bathroom is accessed from the pool deck, is air conditioned, heated and has a large tiled shower. The Great Room is furnished with a sofa and two matching love seats, travertine marble end tables & coffee table and a magnificent 15 foot long wall unit which hides a TV, DVD player, and a Wii Sports console with accessories. There is also a Steinway Standard Grand Piano (Model M) for the playing pleasure of you or your guests. The dining room table seats 8 and there are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There are also 2 dining tables, each seating 4, on the pool deck. Although this is an extremely quiet and safe neighborhood, the house is equipped with its own security system and the community also has a Crime Watch Patrol. In addition there are motion activated security lights in the front and back of the house. Sliders in the Master Bedroom, Great Room, Kitchen Dining Area and Rear Guest Bedroom open onto the 60 foot wide screened pool patio. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, breadmaker, toaster oven, blender, crock pots, Cuisinart, Kitchen Aid mixer, juicer and other appliances plus multiple sets of cookware, dishes, flatware and glassware for your cooking and entertaining needs.
The heated 12 ft X 30 ft pool has a waterfall, is self-cleaning (pop-up system) and has a salt-water electronic sanitizing system. The oversized two-car garage comes with two remote garage door openers and a keypad. Well-behaved housebroken pets welcome (maximum three cats or 2 dogs). Deed-restricted community.

Jeff and I (Eileen) are long-time Floridians and have lived in various parts of the state. This property is one of our favorites and we live in it ourselves for part of the year. We have been renting this property out since 2007. We have really enjoyed our renters and do everything we can to ensure the comfort of our guests.

The Estates is a beautiful golf course community. While it is close to shopping, restaurants and numerous activities, it is quiet and safe. A major consideration for us was that, unlike the majority of vacation areas, there is an excellent hospital less than two miles away, and all medical specialties are also nearby. In addition, one of the word's best airports, Tampa International, is less than an hour away and many cruise ships regularly leave from the Port of Tampa. Also, great neighbors!
The Clubhouse has a swimming pool, exercise room, tennis courts, pool table, bocce court and shuffleboard court. There are weekly activites - bridge and other card games, also mahjong. Periodically there are various classes held in computers, aerobics, line dancing, painting, to name a few. There are also special events with dining and dancing.
We throughly enjoyed our stay in Jeff and Eileen's beautiful home. All the amenities you could want were at our disposal. Eileen was always available in the event there might be a need. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the neighbors were very gracious in making us feel welcome. We would highly recomend this property if you are looking for a spacious elegant home to rent. An abundance of nice restaurants and shopping are close by, in fact we liked the area so well, we have acquired a residence of our own in Hudson.
We wouild like to thank Eileen and Jeff for allowing us to make their beautiful home our "home away from home" for the winter season Jan/09-Apr/09). Their home has everything anyone would want, it's in close proximity to restaurants, golf courses, beaches, etc. It is in a safe and lovely golf community in Hudson, Florida. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and would not hesitate to recommend, Eileen and Jeff and their home to anyone looking for long term rental accommodations in the area.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at Eileen & Jeff's home. They are very accommodating and their home was a great home away from home. It has everything anyone would want and was very clean. Their location is close to all ammenities - beaches, golf courses, restaurants, etc. We would like to thank Eileen and Jeff for their hospitality and they beautiful home. We would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a long term stay in the Hudson area.
This lovely Estates property is located within easy reach of all major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants located in the Hudson area. Additionly, Tampa/St Pete are less than an hour's drive away. The spacious and lavishly appointed three bedroom house is meticulously maintained both inside and out, and the owners are the most pleasant and accommodating people one could ever hope to meet. Only deteriorating health precludes us from returning for more winter months.
This is a warm and beautiful home. We very much enjoyed our stay there.
In fact, with it's furnishings, decorations and other amenities it is just like home.
The pool area is large and great for just relaxing and splashing around or entertaining friends and /or relatives.
The neighborhood is well located and is a quiet upscale residential area that is great for morning or evening walks. The Suncoast Parkway is within a short drive providing quick access to the Tampa / St. Petes area. Also close by is Highway 19 and Little Road
where there is great shopping and many restaurants to choose from.
All in all a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation.
