Southern exposure with skylights. Beautiful pool, New Stainless gas grill, outdoor table with deck and lounge chairs w/ two large umbrellas. Lovely designed landscape around the house and deck. Nearest beach 1 mile .

Upon entering the house you are greeted with streams of sunlight from all the windows and sunlights, with very high ceilings. The decor is beachy, airy , whites and creams with splashes of floral chintz .Plush fluffy couches, mixed with french antiques. A fireplace in the living room, a large kitchen , beautiful pine dining room table and chairs

Also downstairs through the french doors is a family room /TV with beautiful antique Gramercy park bench. This actually doubles as a bedroom fully private from the rest of the house w/ large closet. Down the hall is a full Bath, at the end is a Guest Bedroom. Furnished with an Antique Iron Queen Bed and French bureau & chair. Beautiful Master Suite Upstairs w/ bath and jacuzzi and Guest Bedroom. No Pets, No Smoking and No Groups

Going back into the living room to the Staircase leading to the second floor. Upon reaching the top to the left is a lovely

guest bedroom with a European Trundle Bed which opens to two two or one queen. Also is a French Dressing/

bureau with large mirror and stool. And double closet. High Ceiling with skylight.

Down the hall is the Master Bedroom. Roomy, airy with a balcony and high ceiling and skylights, beautiful European

bureau and end tables.

Between the two bedrooms off the hall, and door leading to the master is a sand marble bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. High Ceiling with skylights.

The home also has beautiful Tropical trees throughout that gives it a vacation paradise feeling!

No Groups, No Proms, Families Only No Smoking In or On Premises , No Pets.

This beautiful home is located in a quiet location north of the East Hampton Village just 2 miles from Jackson Pollack's

Historic Museum. There are local beaches within walking distance and several marinas and restaurants nearby. In August there is the Hampton Classics and in October enjoy the Hampton's Film Festival just minutes away in town. This is a great four seasons location. Thanksgiving and Christmas are charming holiday vacations. Restaurants are open and nothing beats a holiday dinner at the American Hotel in nearby Sag Harbor.

With easy back road access to the east end and Montauk, Sag Harbor, while avoiding traffic in the Village, our location is hard to beat. Shopping in East Hampton combines New York flavor with local shops in an upscale beach community setting. East Hampton is both a home and retreat for many celebrities, artists and business people who bring their talents and culture to town. From local authors doing readings in the book store and library, to play, concerts and performing at Guild Hall Theater, there is no shortage to activities and culture.

Have an after the beach Margarita in the Blue Parrot or enjoy some local seafood appetizers and cocktails at Ciro's on Montauk Highway

If you like live music from rock to Reggae, enjoy Stephen Talk House just minutes away in us in Amagansett. Surfing at Montauk's famous Ditch Planes is just 20 minutes away. Local surf shops offer surf rentals, stand up paddle, kayack and bike rentals with lessons. Surf camp for children is also offered.

Welcoming and Comfortable

What a lovely, comfortable and welcoming home. The furnishings are bright and cozy and the home is immaculate and beautiful, just as the photos show and the write up describes. Enjoyed coffee by the pool most days. The semi secluded location was great with almost daily visits by a wonderful little deer. September is a great time to visit as the area is a bit less congested but still most every resturarant, store and fabulous farm markets are open. The home owner, Ginger, is a doll and was very present and accomodating as needed. All these just made our week in the Hamptons that much better. Thank you--from the Watsons

Beautiful accommodation in the Hamptons

My extended family and I (6 adults and one yound child) stayed at Ginger's house in the Hamptons and can't recommend it highly enough. The house, furnishings, amenities and provisions were all of high quality - the photo's on the website don't do it justice!

The location is quiet but within short driving distance to beaches and cafe's and restaurants. But, the house is so lovely with everything you could possibly need, you may just want to stay in and relax by the pool or lounge in the house.

As commented by other reviewers, Ginger provides great customer service - nothing is too much trouble, and she provides a list of restaurants to help visitors manage the vast array of choice available. If we were't so far away (in Australia) we'd definitely return!

First of all, this house is lovely. It is airy and spacious and bright. It has all the amenities: pool, grill, large deck with lounge chairs etc. It's everything a vacation home should be. Aside from the comfortable accommodations, the best thing about this property is the owner. Ginger was very sweet and helpful. She even sent us a list of restaurants in the area prior to our arrival. She seemed genuinely invested in our enjoying the weekend. Ginger is a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate to rent this home, you won't regret it!

We rented the house with my family on Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful stay there!

The house is beautiful and very comfortable, the neighborhood is really quiet and nice, location is convenient because it is close to the beach and the owner was really helpful in helping us organize our trip to the Hamptons.

You will definitely feel at home here and will have the impression to be far away from the City.

Again, we recommend you discovered this piece of Hamptons paradize.

My favorite pastime is sitting at a local restaurant on the water with my husband, just down the block, sipping a Cosmo, eating great seafood while enjoying the spectacular sunset over the harbor....very romantic.
