A perfect location in the center of Paris: The apartment is very conveniently located across the street from RER station Luxembourg. Many bus lines are also available to go everywhere in Paris. You can find all kinds of caterers, restaurants, cinemas, shops (including a Franprix store) on Boulevard Saint Michel around the corner and Montparnasse area a few blocks away.
A sunny,quiet and safe apartment: The apartment has a triple exposure. On west side, living room and kitchen overlook the Jardins de l'Observatoire and the Eiffel Tower. Sunsets are unforgettable. The apartment is immaculate and is therefore strictly non-smoking no-pets. The building has modern security with digicode and intercom. The apartment has a reinforced door.
Welcome and extra services: The owners reside close by. Fluent in English and French, they will assist you personally. Two hours maid service per week are included. A safe parking place is available on request in a nearby private parking.
