“Bora Bora” is an luxurious upscale 2 story beach home that has just been renovated & updated with new paint, amenities, furniture & art, carpet in the upstairs’ bedrooms, mattresses, and bedding. It is now tastefully decorated with color and comfortable furnishings throughout to give it a true beach-house feeling. It is located in the private gated beach community of Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle, that sits at the corner of the Gulf of Mexico and East Pass.
The second floor of “Bora Bora” has high ceilings, bamboo floors, and an open floor plan that includes a large living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The kitchen is fully furnished and features maple cabinets, marble counters & floors, stainless steel appliances, and a bar-height counter that seats 4. The new cypress dining table that comfortably seats 8 and parsons chairs should be arriving any day. And the living room features a new large fine leather sectional that is exceptionally comfortable, a 42” wall-mounted flat screen television, and a stereo system. There are many windows, making it light and airy. It also has a large wrap-around porch that is nestled in the palm trees and provides great outside living.
There are 3 large bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has new plush carpeting. The master bedroom features a king bed; the second bedroom also includes a king bed, and the remaining upper bedroom includes 2 twin bed bunk beds. Each bedroom has a television too.
The first floor also features high ceilings, tile flooring, and an open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and small furnished kitchen that includes a refrigerator and microwave oven. The living room includes comfortable high-scale furnishings along with a 42” wall-mounted flat screen television.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. The first bedroom includes a queen bed, and it has french doors that open to the backyard. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed, with a twin up, a full mattress down, and a twin trundle.
The downstairs living has multiple french doors for great lighting and access to the fenced backyard that includes a private swimming pool, gas propane grill, and outside tables & seating. There is also an outside shower for your convenience.
“Bora Bora” includes cable television, dvd players, internet service, and board games & puzzles for you and the kids. Also provided for your use are 4 adult bicycles, boogie boards, and beach toys. Additionally, we have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved at the beach on the Gulf for your use and enjoyment.
Destin Pointe offers private beach access to 2 beaches, the 1st on the Gulf of Mexico & the 2nd located on East Pass. Both can be accessed by a short walk, a bike ride, or Destin Pointe’s private free tram service to drop you off and pick you up. Additionally, Destin Pointe offers a heated pool & Jacuzzi, a 2nd pool, tennis courts, and shuffle board.
