BRAND NEW 5 BEDROOM LUXURY VILLA IN MARBELLA 10 MINUTES WALK TO THE BEACH This Elegant villa sits in one of the most prestigious post codes in Marbella, 3 minutes from Marbella town centre and only a 10 minute walk to the white sand beaches with chiringuitos (beach bars) and sun beds. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps a up to 12 people. The lounge is open plan and has plasma TV with full sky package, there are sliding doors that lead out to the terrace. The luxury Kitchen has dish washer, washing machine and full utensils every thing you would need for your stay. A games room with table tennis. The bedrooms are very high standard, the master bedroom has full en-suite with jacuzzi bath. There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. Outside the Villa there is a most inviting pool and terrace area to relax and enjoy in the day or evening, the plot is fully fenced.
