3 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom(outside), sleeps 6

If you are looking for a peaceful vacation with great sunsets our home is the place. Peaceful and private, a beautifully decorated 3 bed,2 1/2 bath home on a wide canal. The home is newly furnished and decorated with a 50'' TV with DVD player in the living room. There are TV's with DVD players in each of the bedrooms, . All rooms have a view of the pool and overlooks the canal with a great dock for fishing or when using the 2 kayaks that are available for your use. Outside there is a gas grill and dining area. A cozy and relaxing area is also available for enjoying the sunsets. If the outdoor pool is where you want to be there are floats and lounge chairs available. Music can be enjoyed with the intercom system for music both inside and outside.Phone and Free WiFi is available so bring your laptop. All 3 bedrooms overlook and have direct access to the pool and canal. The master bedroom has a king size bed.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.

You will be 5 minutes to Pine Island Road with shopping and great restaurants. Ten minutes to Matlachai with its island feel that offers local restaurants and shops that feature local artisans. Close to the beach or Sanibel Island. 40 minutes to sprining training for the Boston Red Sox's newest park and the Minnesota Twins.

The house is a smoke free home and no pets of any kind are permitted.

About Owner/Property Manager

My wife and I take pride in our home and keep the house like we would want it if we were renters. We love the house and each year we try to do something new to improve on the house. This past year we put benches and a table on the dock area so now you can sit outside and fish or just have a drink and food while you watch the sunsets.................Life is good

At time of reservation, a deposit of $300.00 will be required with the final payment do three weeks prior to your arrival
Fees And Taxes My rate for a week is $800.00 plus $100.00 for cleaning. I also require a security deposit of $125.00 for security. The security is to cover any damages to the property plus any excess electric used during your stay.
We only rent our home for a week stay or more

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Sheer bliss from the moment you walk in the door,everything was just perfect. This is without doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in a definite 5 star stay. The pictures do not do it justice it really is better than it looks , and it looks great . everything worked fine no problems with anything ,a truly beautiful home . As stated the sunsets are great and the fishing even better ( use worm , bass love them). If you want to relax away from it all then this is the place.
