Aloha and welcome to our little piece of paradise. Our deluxe, remodeled, one bedroom condominium has everything you need to make your Maui vacation a dream come true. Kihei Kai Nani is a wonderful complex that is conveniently located across the street from Kamaole II Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the sunny, dry side of Maui. Our condominium is an end unit on the second floor of a two story building (building #5) and just steps away from a beautiful large swimming pool.
You do not need to drive to get to the beach, just pick up our beach chairs and walk across the street. Kamaole II offers wonderful swimming and snorkeling with rest rooms and life guards on duty during the day.
Take a leisurely early morning or evening stroll or jog down Kihei Road. You can walk to the many shops and restaurants this area has to offer. Enjoy world championship golf in Wailea, take a day trip to Hana through the lush rain forest or drive to Haleakala and feel like you have taken a trip to the moon. Snorkel at Molokini or just across the street at Kamaole II. Lahaina offers all day shopping and has many restaurants to enjoy.
To end your perfect day in Paradise, walk across the street and watch some of the most beautiful sunsets. You will arrive home from your dream vacation with many wonderful memories to share and dream of your next return.

We are a semi retired couple, living in Colorado. We have been visiting Hawaii since 1990 and purchased our condo in Kihei.

We like being on the south end of Maui which is the dry, sunny side.
We are only steps away from one of the nicest beaches, Kamaole Beach II. Kihei Kai Nani has a beautiful large swimming pool whcih we love. The people are very friendly.
Our honeymoon was great! Everything in the condo was once again perfect, thank you so much for having us!
No words can describe how wonderful this condo is. We have stayed at this unit numerous times, and have always had a wonderful stay. The owners are wonderful to deal with, we have never had an issue with the owners or the condo. The location of the unit is very neutral, quick access to the pool, beaches and shopping. We would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful / relaxing visit to Kihei.
We have been to this condo many times and always have a wonderful experience. The condo is always in tip-top shape with all the conveniences of home. The new gas BBQ just below the condo is perfectly located for easy outdoor cooking. The complex is so quiet and relaxing. Just across the street is a beautiful beach where we watch those magnificant Maui sunsets. We also love Moose McGillicutty's right next door -- happy hour $3 drinks and onion rings to die for. Can't think of a better place to spend a week or two!
I have been coming to Maui for 2-3 months for the last 8 years and have stayed in a variety of condos in different complexes. I can say that this is the cleanest with an expensive, tasteful upgrade. The furniture is not the basic condo package, lots of towels, beach equipment and a very well stockers kitchen. This is like a home not a rental. The owners are very gracious and encourage the use of anyting in the condo such as cleaning supplies, spices, beach toys etc. The location is Ideal- walk to beach, restaurants,shopping and food store. I highly recommend this unit.
My husband and I went back to Maui for the third time in June. All three times we have stayed at this condo, we just love it. The condo is very clean and very quiet. It has all the amenities that you would need. The beach across the street is the best in Maui and the area is great. We cannot wait to start planning our next trip.
Thank you for everything; from simplicity in booking and payment to having a wonderful location for our vacation. Everything was as we found it in the your photos, A great base from which to tour all of Maui when you have a car and if you don't ...well everything you need is within the condo or within walking distance....I mean everything... One missing was a lemon juicer, you now have a manual one. We managed to perfect Mango Maguritas with fresh mangos from a nearby mango tree, and used strawberry papaya's from the tree outside for berry desserts, Mmm!. We didn't use the air conditioning as we don't go to hot places for the air conditioning, Maui's breezes and the ceiling fans took care of us. Bistro 808 was our favorite eatery, followed closely by Freds and Cafe Ol'e and at the same time using the Bar-b-que was an easy way to entertain and dine in. If you would like to take the experience up a notch try the Five Palms resturant a short drive south towards Wailea, ask for the corner window table, of course the window wall is mostly not there and opens onto the beach for sunsets....amazing.. Highlight this trip besides finding your condo as we like it was the creation of a new tradition for us...Zip line adventure with Northshore Zip Line (on facebook). Few things are new at 65.... A thoroughly exciting experience with great people and excellent safety protocols. Mostly we are up with the birds a most amazing natural alarm clock....others may resist this. Thanks Carol, thanks Maui for another amazing visit, can't wait to return.
My wife and I just completed our ninth visit to Maui with a three week stay in this wonderful condo. It was centrally located in the complex, close to the pool, and the BBQ was almost right below the lanai. The unit had been tastefully updated, and was very clean and well equipped, even including very good beach chairs and towels. The listing photos certainly lived up to our expectations, and we would have no hesitation in returning again, or recommending to others. It is without doubt one of the best units we have stayed in. The condo is in a great location with beaches, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We completed our reservation with the owner by email, and Carol was always very prompt and helpful in making sure we had the information we needed. Thanks again Carol for helping make our vacation a great one.
