179 Calle Polonia, Monte - y - Mar, Grand Alicant. A lovely compact house that has been well equipped with everything you need. It is walking distance from great eating places and also the lovely sand dunes of Los Arenales. There is a pleasant front garden that attracts the sun from mid day and table and chairs are provided for your outside eating. The communal pool is just behind and is enclosed in a secure grassed area with palm trees for shade from the hot sun. The commercial centres of Gran Alicant are a short distance away although the house is closer to Los Arenales. Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms for your comfort.

    25% non returnable deposit at time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks before departure date.
    €70 local management charge payable on arrival. Includes meet & greet service at house, towels, cleaning (at the end of your stay) & handover of keys. PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS ARE ASKED TO LEAVE AT 10AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE IN JULY & AUGUST.
  • €150 breakage deposit (£100 for UK guests) payable with balance payment and refundable by transfer within 2 weeks of the end of the stay.
    We can arrange airport transfers (extra cost) Electricity and water are included in the rental rates
    Food packs available for awkward arrival times (small extra cost)
    Cots for toddlers are also available at a small extra charge.
    10% discount for all long term lets, more than 4 weeks.
  • *Please note that during peak times (July & August) only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted*.
    Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
    Please note This property has a maximum occupancy as shown on the front page of the advertisement. In the event of this number being exceeded, either a pro rata charge will be made or the extra person (people) may be asked to leave immediately. This decision will be entirely at the owner’s discretion.
