This beautiful villa,recently refurbished to a high standard is situated less than 750 metres flat walk from the village of Moraira and the beach and enjoys wonderful views of the vineyards and surrounding hills.The villa has 4 bedrooms(2 twin,2double) 1 bathroom, 2 en-suite shower rooms, large lounge with superb views, large fully equiped kitchen/diner with table chairs for 8,electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron,ironing board. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. The large lounge is tastefully appointed with quality furnishings and has the benefit of a woodburning fire, TV including most English channels, DVD player, CD player/radio and ample seating for 8 persons. The villa also benefits from a new private Roman stepped swimming pool, poolside shower, landscaped gardens, sun awnings, tables chairs and sun loungers. The villa and gardens are walled with lockable gates and parking for 2 cars

The blue flag beach is less than 10 minutes level walk away where the clear blue sea is very safe for family bathing.The town which is next to the beach has a number of excellent restaurants serving international cuisine. There is ample parking within the town together with the local Tourist Information Office and new medical centre. Supermarkets are close by plus a weekly open air market every Friday. A 9 hole golf course is 5 minutes drive away and several 18 hole courses within a 30 minute drive. Other nearby attractions Teulada a typically Spanish town is located 6KMS away with a number of historical features. Further inland is the Jalon Valley with its vineyards and almond trees. a visit to the local bodegas is recommended where you can sample the local wine.Other attractions within 45 minute drive from the villa are Verger safari Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundamar Sea World and the Paramount Theme Park (Terra Mitica) near Benidorm.
