The master bathroom has double sinks, a shower and a tub, both bathrooms have marble floors and are impeccable.

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I stayed in this condo for 5 nights. It is fabulous! The owner Margarita was a pleasure to deal with. She responded to my email promptly and arrangements for once we arrived in Miami went smoothly. The apartment itself is clean, bright, very spacious, modern and has everything that one would need for a comfortable stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great for making our own meals as needed and it was nice to relax in the living room or on the balcony with the awesome views. We made ourselves right at home. The location of the apartment was also great being in the heart of downtown Miami. The apartment has a dedicated parking spot which was convenient for our rental. All in all, a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this condo and Margarita and I would definetly want to repeat the experience.

Beautiful modern comfortable apartment

Modern, comfortable and sparkling clean. Big outdoor terrace and amazing view of downtown. 2 full BR each with full bath, great for 2 couples, 2 unrelated singles, or a couple with child/children. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen has all the basics. and we were happy to find salt & pepper, sugar, oil, coffee filters, paper towels and toilet paper. Light, bright, big windows. Assigned parking spot in garage, reached by elevator. 2 beautiful large swimming pools, we were often alone there! Quiet. Hot tub and fitness room. The area is nice for walking around, very safe and interesting. Good selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Mary Brickell Village has lots of choices and nightlife, lively area. Large supermarket (Publix) within walking distance. Shopping cart in unit is helpful. There is a combination safe in the unit although we were not given the combination, nor did we know the telephone number in the unit for incoming calls. A/C did not work in one of the bedrooms and we had to keep that door open. Margarita and Rafael own several rental units in the area and you will find them to be very businesslike and professional. Excellent, beautiful apartment and we were very happy to stay there! Would definitely recommend it.

We found this apartment to be extremely clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and had excellent amenities like the pools and gym. The view was spectacular. The owners are extremely nice and helful We would definitely rent here again.
