This home is beautiful in every way. The description of the home is accurate, the owners are more than hospitible and the views are stunning! It was immaculate, so clean and wonderful. The decor was wonderful and tasteful, homey and inviting. Cindy, the owner, was also extremely helpful when it came to recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, and made herself available to us during the entire stay. The activites on the property itself kept us more than occupied, for hours upon hours. Zip lining was a major hit, even for a house full of women. Accomodations were very comfortable and spacious. Oh!! And our favorite part was the Sonos sound system. It was nothing short of amazing, I'm looking in to installing one in my house. I have and will recommend this property to friends and family, and hope to visit again soon. Thank you!!

This is a beautiful and welcoming family home. We gathered in the area for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice, the location was terrific, and the homeowner/property manager was a pleasure to work with. I will return another time.
We had a fabulous visit. The house was perfect for our family to be in the area for a family wedding. Morning coffee with views of the mountains was beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs.
We LOVED our stay! Thank you so much. The home is first class, perfect location and we just can't get over the views! Thank you so much- we are already trying to figure out when we can come again.
Beautiful views, beautiful home in Monte into. The home is absolutely beautiful. Celebrated my 50th birthday with family and friends and everyone loved the home. It's close to Santa Barbara and the hiking trails are great. This will the home of my choice when I travel to Santa Barbara
Our family group of 10 had a great time at this vacation rental. The house was very well kept and well equipped. We particularly appreciated the fact that there were so many options in the house for just "hanging out." The kitchen was well equipped; we found everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch, and the one group dinner that we had in the house.
We didn't take advantage of the zip line, but we did enjoy walking in the neighborhood. We're familiar with Montecito, and it was terrific to be so close to Coast Village Road and to East Valley Road. We felt really lucky to be able to stay over Thanksgiving, and Cindy was great at answering any questions that we had.
Our extended family of seven spent New Year’s in this lovely Montecito home. It was our first-ever attempt to get away from the frozen tundra of the Midwest in late December and enjoy some California sunshine. Daytimes were spent exploring Montecito and Santa Barbara, hiking in the Santa Ynez Mountains on trails that start nearly a stone’s through down the road, and taking advantage of the beautiful pacific coast parks and beaches just minutes away.
We had plenty of space for everyone. The home is well-appointed, with a beautiful kitchen, large bedrooms, and lots of outdoor spaces for playing and lounging. The owners could not be more accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The place is better than the pictures. We had a great experience and had a hard time heading home.
