This delightful two bedroom bungalow is approached via a private sweeping driveway. The villa is surrounded by mature gardens featuring tall green bushes, orange trees, and a vibrant and colourful flower garden, ensuring this villa enjoys a good degree of privacy. There is an open plan living/dining area and separate kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with settees and a coffee table and features a working fireplace, TV with SKY satellite system, DVD and CD Player. The dining area has a table that seats 6 and patio doors to the rear. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools for informal dining. The master double bedroom and the twin bedroom share the full modern family bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units* and shutters and fly screens are fitted throughout. Outside is the 8m x 5m private swimming pool (5ft depth throughout) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs.

Situated in the pretty village of Stefanie, at the foothills of Tala, the villa benefits from cooler and less humid air in the summer as it is situated on higher ground. Stefanie village amenities include a small grocery store, a wonderfully stocked delicatessen, a kiosk, a pharmacy and a restaurant, all of which are within 300 metres of the villa. The delightful Tala village square with its small selection of restaurants, tavernas and traditional coffee shops is within walking distance and standing proudly in the hills above the village is the imposing 12th Century Monastery of Saint Neophytos. Both the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay and the town of Paphos with its selection of heritage sites, shops and harbour area are approximately a 15 minute drive away

Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or by credit/debit card. Please note that payments by credit/debit card are subject to a 2.75% processing fee.
    Any balance of payment is due not less than 2 months prior to arrival at your holiday property.
