Relax in luxury with a view of the Gulf of Mexico and sunsets that make you feel like you can touch the sun as it melts into the water. Suwannee Point Condos are a small complex of 12 units sitting right on the Gulf and a river with quick access into both the Gulf and the Suwannee River.

The condo is luxurious and the pool refreshing. Everything you need to settle in to comfort. The covered boat lift keeps your boat safe and secure with easy access in and out from a quiet river. After catching fish all day in either the Gulf of Mexico or the fresh water of the Suwannee River you can come home to a sunset view from the living room, kitchen balcony or master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for great cooking of anything you have caught or grill on the balcony. The two bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful bath and the large 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and its own adjoining bath.

Getting away from the hectic stresses of everyday life, Suwannee Point can be a place of relaxation and time well spent with family and friends. The town is slow paced but has what you need...cafe, restaurant, market, and marinas for fishing and boating needs.

The locals are glad to see you and know why you are visiting their quiet town...It is special and unique to find a place still so pristine and full of nature and lost from the hustle and bustle. A beautiful combination of marsh life and the gulf; you get to see what old Florida was really like.
