This beautiful, old country home is located next to Dry Brook and is within walking distance

of a small country grocery store selling locally sourced foods and several eateries and just minutes

by car from a variety of shopping in nearby Margaretville and area ski centers and antique stores.

This is definitely the place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and there are just enough

modern conveniences to make this home a real comfort. The large, sun-drenched deck in the back

is perfect for the yoga enthusiast or for reconnecting with the great outdoors and grounding yourself

once again and the enormous rocking chair porch out front is a haven in the shade facing the brook.

This splendid home sleeps 2-11 and has 3 bathrooms -- so plenty of room for a retreat, family reunion,

wedding party, out-of-town meeting or any other large gathering.

    Cancellation - full refund up to 30 days prior;
    2 weeks prior of rental date - half refund.;
    2 weeks and less - no refund (unless an unavoided emergency arises, eg: weather, death, etc.).
