This property is in the village of Skaneateles right next door to the original Doug's Fish Fry. It is located in the downtown district. Restaurants and shopping boutiques are right outside! Make an appointment at Bijou, a gem of a little salon, located within the same building. Diagonally from the building is beautiful Skaneateles lake and you are right in the midst of the entire downtown district.

Building Exterior Details: A beautiful three story brick building with Bijou hair salon at street level. Enter in the back of the building. The condo has a juliet balcony with partial lake views.

Home Interior Details: This is a very luxurious condo with brand new and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen has beautiful solid cherry cabinets, granite coutnertops, and top of the line appliances and is fully equipped. The bathroom has granite coutertops, as well. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the main level.

The wonderful finger lakes region is second to none in offering vacationers a wide variety of activities. Skaneateles Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in the world. The home is located just a 1/2 block away from the lake for swimming, fishing or just to sit and read a book. You can also literally just walk across the street for all the shopping and dining in Skaneateles that you can handle. It's also only 4 miles away from the Merry-Go-Round Theater and Emerson Park in Auburn. There is also rich history in Auburn like the Harriet Tubman House and the Seward House. Let's not forget the fingerlakes wine trail. Anyela's is the first winery on Skaneateles Lake and it's only a short drive away.

This was my husband and my first visit to the area and we both fell in love with it. The location of this place could not have been more perfect. This apartment made us feel right at home. It was very clean and you have decorated it beautifully. We hope to come back and visit in the near future!

The condo is exactly as it is pictured in your listing...spacious, excellent interior design, great location overlooking scenic downtown Skaneateles. Easy drive to Syracuse University which was the purpose of our visit. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo in the heart of Skaneateles

Thank you for this beautiful condo! Very impressed by the well appointed interior, very clean and spotless. We enjoyed walking to the restuarants, Tops Market, liquor store, and the little shops in Skaneatles. I would love to remodel my kitchen after the one in this condo. Once again, thank you for your hospitality. It was a joy to work with Rick and Amy. I would absolutely stay again.
