Isabelle's place is sunny, beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. 2 blocks from the #7 express subway line into Grand Central Station. The apartment is wonderfully equipped with everything you need and Isabelle is quick to offer other items. In a safe residential neighborhood. Isabelle is a gracious hostess but respects your space. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely wonderful!

We arrived on October 18th and were welcomed by Isabelle and her husband. What a wonderful couple! They helped us with our baggage and took the time to show us where to park and where was the closest train. Being native New Yorkers, we knew how to get around but it was a pleasure staying at the home of this wonderful couple, the apartment had everything you could need. We would definitely stay there again with no hesitation.

Wonderful Property

We visited NYC to see all of the sites and this property was perfect for our stay. Isabelle was a fantastic host and took the time to show us around the neighborhood including a short cut to the subway station which is only two blocks from her home. We all found the beds to be very comfortable and the bedrooms good size. The house was clean and spacious for our party of 5 adults. Being senior citizens we were concerned about the apartment being on the third floor but it was not a problem at all. All of the amenities that we needed were available and Isabelle lives on site and was available if we needed anything. We left our car at this location and only used the subway and hop on hop off buses to get around and that was easy. We would recommend this location to anyone coming to NY and would return here if we came back to NY.

Beautiful, convenient apartment; wonderful owner!

Five of us stayed in Isabelle's three bedroom for three nights, and we would have liked to have stayed longer. The posted photographs do not do the apartment justice. My husband and I have booked many short-term rentals around the world, and this is one of the nicest we've ever had. It is beautifully finished with a well-equipped kitchen, very clean and comfortable, relatively quiet, and convenient to the rest of New York. The neighborhood is compact with several options for dining and food shopping, including a nice coffee bar (Lucid). Isabelle herself is charming: exceptionally responsive, helpful, and engaging. I highly recommend this property.

Situation idéale pour visiter New York

L'appartement est idéalement situé : à 2 mn du métro à pied et à 15 mn de Manhattan. Il est situé dans un quartier calme qui permet de bien se reposer le soir. On y trouve tous les commerces nécessaires.
Isabelle nous a fait visiter son "petit village" dès notre arrivée, nous a expliqué le fonctionnement du métro et est restée disponible tout au long de notre séjour pour répondre à nos questions.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé pour une famille (2 parents et 3 ados).
Il n'y a pas besoin de réfléchir pour venir. Nous sommes d'ailleurs prêts à y séjourner de nouveau.

GREAT PLACE

From the moment our big family arrived early in the morning started our great vacation. As soon as we got there we were greeted by Isabelle with a big smile and she took me on a tour of the neighborhood and showed me the nearest train station (maybe 2 minutes if that). The house is exactly as it is shown very clean, lots of room, quiet and has everything that you will need and if not Isabelle lives on the second floor and she is the most gracious host. The commute back and forth to the city was so easy and hassle free which made for a great vacation. All we can say is THANK YOU Isabelle for making our first trip to New York City one of the most memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay at your house and all your hospitality.
