The villa is on one floor and therefore ideal for a family holiday, children and the elderly. All the windows have security bars. Open lounge/diner and kitchen. The lounge area opens onto the large back terrace. There is free view sky satellite television, DVD, Video and CD radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric fan oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and double sink. Laundry room with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, microwave.

Notes: The villa has a large L shaped terrace, complete with awnings and gazebo, ideal for outdoor eating, also a barbecue. From the terrace there are 6 wooden sleepers/steps to grass area and swimming pool ( this access has a gate to prevent small children from getting to the pool un-supervised). The pool has Roman steps and a slide. There is ample parking in the villa.

We adored our stay here. It is spacious for a beach apartment, because of the high ceiling in the main room. The kitchen is beautifully outfitted. The balcony allows dining outside. TV and DVD add a modern touch, as does the dishwasher. Three toilets and 2 full baths really help. The pool and grounds are impeccable and lovely. Other residents are friendly. Only recommendations: screens on bedroom windows, other than master bedroom and possibly one more fan.
