• This 2 bed/ 2 bath condo is a professionally decorated non-smoking unit. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a full sized washer/dryer unit.

• The condo has a combined dining and living area with modern contemporary furnishings. There is a beautiful private covered patio with chairs and a chaise lounge. This patio walks out to the pool.

• The master bedroom has an en suite bath with marble countertop, a 32” LED TV with cable TV service, a Blu-ray player and offers large closets with a dresser.

• The guest bedroom comes with a 32” LCD TV with cable TV service, DVD player and large closets with a dresser. The adjoining guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and marble countertop.

• Each bedroom has air conditioning and also contains a remote controlled fan and two single beds - (the unit sleeps four adults in total). All linens are provided including beach towels.

• The unit has High speed internet connection, a land line phone for FREE local calls and a Blackberry cell phone for international calls (this requires pre-payment) with the service provider.

This is a ground floor condo with walk out to the pool and the lush tropical gardens. Margate Gardens is located across the road from the boardwalk and turquoise beach and is next door to the Lanterns Mall which has a bank, convenience store, pharmacy, boutiques and a food court, including Subway and Haagen-Dazs cafe. Margate is also minutes away on foot from popular restaurants that offer Sushi, Mexican, Greek, Italian, Grilled Fish, Chinese, Tapas, Syrian and other International cuisines. In addition, the lively entertainment district called St. Lawrence Gap is only 4 minutes by car.

Bridgetown 'the city' is only 10 minutes away by car and public transportation is accessible right outside Margate. The Barbados Golf Course is on the way to the international airport which is only 20 minutes away.

Margate Gardens is conveniently located directly across from the ocean and the popular boardwalk that runs for 1.2 Km along Hastings beach. Along the boardwalk there are several bars and restaurants. Right next door to Margate is the Lanterns Mall with a convenience store, pharmacy, bank, boutiques and several food concessions including Subway and Haagen-Dazs Cafe. Just one block away there is a gym at Hastings Plaza. Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable is in walking distance. Bridgetown is 10 minutes away by car and public transportation is accessible right outside Margate Gardens. Immaculate, beautiful, and so relaxing

Wow - this is without a doubt the most incredible condo we've ever stayed in! It's squeaky clean, beautifully renovated and furnished, cozy, and well-appointed. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning and loved being just a few steps away from the pool. We went for a swim every evening before dinner - such a wonderful way to wind down after a day of sightseeing, shopping, and beaching. The condo is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, beaches, and the bus route - we had no trouble getting around and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Nicole is so lovely, kind, responsive, and diligent - it was a treat to work with her, from reserving the property through check-out. She clearly takes great pride in her home and it was an honor to stay there. We can't wait to return!

If you are planning a trip to Barbados, you must book Margate Gardens #2! The second you step inside the condo you can see the thought and care that Nicole and Ray have gone too in order to make your vacation stay an awesome one! Barbados is a beautiful island and staying at Margate gardens #2 is like living in an oasis. The condo is beautifully decorated, well kept and has all the amenities you could possible need. The modern flare is very welcoming and suitable for young children. We had a 3 year old and 14 month old with us and they just loved walking out on the back porch and into their own private pool. The grounds at Margate Gardens is well kept and the fact that its located across the street from the beach, the board walk and numerous restaurants you don't require a means of transportation. The mall next door provides you with a variety store where you can pick up your basic food items and there is even a Subway and Haagen-Dazs Cafe to indulge in great tasting desserts. There is also a RBC located in that mall so you can easily exchange your currency. Please read Nicole and Ray's description careful because every thing written is accurate and true. I am sure if you book your trip with them you will not be disappointed and will for sure rebook your next trip to Barbados at Margate Gardens #2, we did and our kids can't wait to go back again next year!

All I can say is perfect! This apartment is in the best location you could ask for and has everything you could need for a great stay. The gardens and pool were amazing. The little patio was great for relaxing out of the sun and still felt private. Only a few steps away from sooo many things and always a friendly face around. We would definetly stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone, couples, families, young and old. Thanks again Nicole for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay. Attention to detail was incredible. Everything we could possibly need was at this condo. Location was great, across from the boardwalk. We were able to walk to beaches, bars and restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful!

We were very pleased with this property. Nicole was there to greet us upon our arrival and showed us around the unit. It was as beautiful as the pictures on the site and had all the amenities required to enjoy our stay.

I must admit that we spent most of the time in the secluded outdoor oasis relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture. The next morning, as we explored beyond the curtains, we were pleased to see a beautiful courtyard and the pool in the center.

Across the street is the boardwalk and along the coast, an array of restaurants, some of which included live entertainment. With a grocery store in the shopping plaza beside us or a bus stop less than a minute away, we were able to make our way to Bridgetown, Oystins fish market, and the larger grocery store. If you want to explore the island, the bus or zr's are the best way to go.

In addition to the location which was amazing, it is the extra little touches that show that Nicole and Ray care about their guests. We loved it so much, we booked a stay next year.
