Zolina Villa is nestled in east Seminyak with convenient access to both central Seminyak and the Petitenget / Oberoi beach areas. This fully staffed four bedroom family friendly oasis has a 25m saltwater lap pool shallow kids pool and a large open garden on 800m2 of land. Just down the road there are literally 100s of world-class restaurants, iconic bars, chic boutiques and spa's. The spectacular Island of Bali waits with new and exotic experiences to be had in every direction. Zolina Villa sleeps 8 adults comfortably with additional beds available for larger groups. There are four large bedrooms, all with reclaimed teak wood floors, each bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom which includes double sinks, separate shower, bathtub, and plenty of closet space. Three of the bedrooms have king size beds and the fourth has two twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, and ionizing air conditioners. LED lights are throughout the villa. There is a well equipped large modern kitchen with cabinets made from reclaimed teak wood and granite counter tops. The dining area has a teak wood table that seats 10, where our villa team can happily serve you requested meals. As often as you like our team will shop at local markets, prepare and serve your group meals. There's a comfortable living area that looks out at the garden, deck and pool. Upstairs the outdoor patio is large and wide open.
Zolina Villa is located between the bustling Seminyak shopping/spa/dinning beach area and the popular Petitenget / Oberoi beach resort, dinning community with easy access to both. Zolina is also within easy driving distance of some of Bali's most famous attractions including Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Lake Batur, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Ubud, Kintamani, and the International airport is just 25 minutes away.
Zolina Villa has a 25 meter salt water lap pool with a small kiddie pool attached. The pools are set in a lush Balinese garden and bordered by a reclaimed iron wood deck,. At the far end of the pool there is a Indonesian style gazebo where you can relax and enjoy a world famous Balinese massage. At night the pool is attractively illuminated so the fun doesn't stop when the sun goes down.
Master Bedroom - Zolina Villa features a large Master Bedroom upstairs with a king size four poster recycled teak wood bed, a cozy living area with flatscreen Tv, twin air conditioners, a large walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom with a free standing bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, and double sinks.
Upstairs Twin Bedroom - The second upstairs bedroom features twin four poster teak beds, a large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower, and built in bathtub set in travertine.
Downstairs Bedrooms - Zolina Villa's two downstairs bedrooms (bedrooms 1&2) are located right next to the lap pool. These family style bedrooms have a lockable connecting door, en suite bathrooms double sinks, separate shower, bathtub and plenty of storage space. The bedrooms are complete with king size four poster recycled teak beds, flatscreen TV's, new energy saving and bacteria eliminating air conditioning units, and a great view of the lap pool and garden.
Zolina Kitchen - Zolina Villa has a spacious fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a gas range and oven, microwave convection oven, large refrigerator/freezer, water cooler, and coffee maker.
Zolina Garden - The garden is carried throughout the villa so the harmony and vibrance is ever-present.
Deck Area - The deck upstairs is large and open. Warm consistent breeze can soothe and relax away any unnecessary or unwelcome thoughts. Live well!
